Starting from June 2nd, the research team of the National Development and Reform Commission organized an evaluation of the construction of the comprehensive experimental zone for promoting the transformation of old and new kinetic energy in Shandong. On the afternoon of June 2nd, our committee organized a symposium and discussion on the transformation of new and old kinetic energy in Shandong. Comrade Zhang Xinwen, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the committee, presided over the meeting and made a comprehensive report on the transformation of new and old kinetic energy in Shandong; Xia Cheng, Director of the Comprehensive Department of the Regional Department of the National Development and Reform Commission, and Fei Hongping, Leader of the Research Group and Deputy Director of the Institute of Industrial Economics and Technological Economics of the National Development and Reform Commission, attended the meeting and put forward clear requirements for this evaluation work; 16 officials from provincial departments reported on the implementation, achievements, and problems of the transformation of old and new driving forces. Sun Laibin, Deputy Director of the Provincial New and Old Energy Office, and Comrade Wang Yuhua, Second level Inspector of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, attended the meeting.
Zhang Xinwen pointed out that after more than a year of implementing the major project of converting old and new kinetic energy, Shandong has focused on building a new mechanism for kinetic energy conversion, cultivating new engines for kinetic energy conversion, cultivating new driving forces for kinetic energy conversion, stimulating new vitality for kinetic energy conversion, and expanding new space for kinetic energy conversion. The construction of the comprehensive experimental zone has started well, and major projects have taken off comprehensively. In the next step, we will follow the requirements of "taking responsibility and ensuring implementation" and make greater efforts to implement various work tasks. We sincerely request the country to strengthen support in breaking the constraints of energy consumption, environmental protection, land, opening up to the outside world, building innovative provinces, major infrastructure, finance and other aspects.
Xia Cheng stated that the transformation of new and old driving forces in Shandong is not only of great significance to Shandong, but also has strong guiding significance for the whole country. In the next step, we need to further focus on the overall plan and the 14th Five Year Plan, propose practical and feasible policy measures that require national support, and promote new breakthroughs in the transformation of new and old driving forces.
Fei Hongping requested that all departments in Shandong further study and benchmark the overall plan approved by the State Council, and propose policy measures that have significant impact on the overall situation in combination with new domestic and international changes, in order to seek further support from the country.
