During the discussion, Tang Bo pointed out that Shandong Province is currently deeply implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions and requirements for Shandong's work, carrying out major projects to transform old and new driving forces, and promoting high-quality economic development in Shandong. We hope that national research institutes such as the National Center for Nanoscience and Technology can leverage their advantages in technological innovation and talent aggregation, actively cooperate with Shandong to carry out research and development and industrialization activities, and promote Shandong's construction of an innovative and strong province.
Through communication, our department has reached preliminary cooperation intentions with all parties involved. We will cooperate with the National Nanoscience Center to jointly build the National Nanoscience Center Industrial Park, strengthen the introduction of talent projects, carry out nanotechnology research and development, application research, and achievement transformation, accelerate the industrialization of nanotechnology in Shandong, consolidate and enhance the advantageous position of Shandong as a major material province, and drive the transformation and upgrading of Shandong's manufacturing industry. The Institute of Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences plans to jointly establish a platform for local cooperation and achievement transformation in Jinan and Weifang, with a focus on optoelectronic information materials, high-performance molecular materials, etc., to promote the incubation and amplification of original innovative achievements in basic research, target import substitution, solve "bottleneck" technologies, and enhance the added value of traditional industries. Relying on the cooperation between the Institute of Information and Communications Technology and the 706 Institute of the Second Academy of Aerospace Science and Industry, we will jointly establish the Shandong Aerospace Artificial Intelligence Security Chip Research Institute, layout and construct the Shandong Province Autonomous and Controllable Application Demonstration Base, National High end Equipment and Intelligent Manufacturing Software Quality Supervision and Inspection Center and other platform carriers, and strive to promote the implementation and landing of the first batch of 12 key projects introduced and launched in Shandong, continuously providing guarantees for regional safe and reliable information construction.
