The 2019 Sino German Intelligent Manufacturing Cooperation Summit Forum was held in Changsha
On May 24th, the 2019 Sino German Intelligent Manufacturing Cooperation Summit Forum with the theme of "Innovation Leading the Future of Intelligent Manufacturing" and the plenary session of the Sino German Intelligent Manufacturing Cooperation Enterprise Dialogue Working Group were held in Xiangjiang New Area, Hunan. Representatives from "Industry 4.0" related institutions, key universities, industry associations, and well-known enterprises from both China and Germany gathered in the new area to jointly explore new ideas and paths to accelerate the promotion of intelligent manufacturing.
Lu Jianwen, Deputy Director of the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Marcus Hayes, Deputy Director of the Industrial Policy Department of the Federal Ministry of Economy and Energy of Germany, Li Zhijian, Deputy Secretary of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and Zhu Jian, Deputy Secretary of the Changsha Municipal Party Committee, attended the event.
Sino German joint exploration of new paths in intelligent manufacturing
As important manufacturing powers in the world, China and Germany have strong complementarity and a good foundation for cooperation in terms of structure, advantages, market, and talent in their manufacturing industries. This forum activity includes on-site inspections, expert meetings, science and technology lectures, keynote speeches, and summit dialogues.
During the event, Chinese and German guests will discuss the high-quality development of manufacturing, digital transformation, trends, key technologies, and practical achievements of intelligent manufacturing. They will share the latest cases and achievements of global practice of intelligent technology between China and Germany, and jointly explore new thinking and paths to accelerate the promotion of intelligent manufacturing.
The cooperation between the new district and German enterprises has yielded fruitful results
Hunan Xiangjiang New Area has always had close cooperation and exchanges with German enterprises, especially in the field of intelligent manufacturing, especially intelligent connected vehicles. A group of well-known German enterprises such as Bosch and Schaeffler have successively found cooperation platforms and new development opportunities in Hunan Xiangjiang New Area.
Hunan enterprises such as Zoomlion and Sany Heavy Industry have also invested in Germany, and a number of major cooperation projects are progressing smoothly. Hunan enterprise Zhongnan Intelligent has also jointly established the "Industry 4.0 Innovation Center" with German Siemens.
此前，湖南湘江新区与大陆投资(中国)有限公司正式签订合作框架协议，双方在应用示范、联合开发、测验测试等方面进行合作，项目围绕长沙绕城高速开展自动驾驶、车路协同及交通安全监管、效能提升等方面创新应用，引入传统整车厂、造车新势力开展面向L3级高速自动驾驶、车路协同示范测试，树立中德合作智能网联领域标杆项目，在湖南湘江新区形成智能网联汽车产业生态集群。
“新区智造”日新月异
近年来，围绕打造全国乃至全球智能网联汽车创新和产业化高地“湘江智谷”，抢占智能网联汽车产业发展风口。截至2018年，湖南湘江新区累计获批国家、省、市智能制造试点示范企业(项目)255家，约占长沙总数的50%，智能制造相关产值达750亿元。
其中，投资近19亿元，从2016年10月开始建设，2018年6月建成在运营模拟场景、综合性能、测试服务等方面处于国内领先水平的智能网联测试区半年跻身“国家队”，并获“国家智能网联汽车(长沙)测试区”牌照。
以此为依托，新区引进长沙智能驾驶研究院、中车时代新能源研究院、地平线研究院、猎豹移动等新型人工智能研发机构12个，签约引进德国大陆、百度、腾讯、碧桂园、比亚迪等10多家龙头企业，集聚关联企业347家，试运行国内首条开放式智慧公交示范线，全力推进智能系统模拟仿真实验室、100公里全开放智慧高速、100公里城市道路智能化改造、自动泊车等4大应用场景建设，打造智能网联汽车创新和产业化发展平台。
