Shanghai Releases Three Year Plan for Industrial Internet
Three year Action Plan for Innovative Development and Application of Shanghai Industrial Internet(2017~The 2019 edition has been officially released recently. The plan proposes that by 2019, Shanghai's industrial Internet development ecosystem will initially take shape, and strive to become a national industrial Internet innovation demonstration city.
The plan proposes that Shanghai will focus on building in the next three years30 industrial Internet benchmark factories, 300 innovative development application projects, 3~Five practical demonstration bases, ten functional public service platforms, and more than 20 service providers with certain international competitiveness have emerged, capable of providing independent, secure, and controllable system integration and solutions.
Shanghai Industrial Internet will focus on six key industries including electronic information, equipment manufacturing and automobile, biomedicine, aerospace, steel and chemical industry, and urban industry, and promote through Internet of Things, industrial cloud, and big data technologyThe innovative breakthroughs in key links such as industrial interconnection, data interoperability, and application innovation will achieve the transformation and development of the manufacturing industry towards intelligent production, networked collaboration, personalized customization, and service-oriented extension.
"This plan aims to comprehensively promote the innovative development of Shanghai's industrial Internet, help supply side structural reform and the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry, and bring new momentum to traditional industries from the Internet side," said Shao Zhiqing, deputy director of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology.
In order to promote the development of industrial Internet, Shanghai also set up a special fund for industrial Internet, and tried to innovate in financial support. Different from the previous fixed special funds, Shanghai Industrial Internet special funds no longer set the upper limit, but provide flexible support in order to pay more attention to effectiveness.
