The pipe clamp we use to fix the pipeline was originally just an iron ring, with unstable fixing effect, easy to shake and cause wear and corrosion. Later, according to the requirements of Hualu Hengsheng, it was replaced with specialized PVC snap fasteners, which are more stable and durable; After our pipelines were processed, they were simply painted with a uniform color. Later, according to the requirements of Hualu Hengsheng, different spraying treatments were carried out based on the standard colors of the chemical industry for different purposes and functions of the pipelines, making it easier to distinguish and classify them; Our pipeline welding treatment, previously only welding treatment, has been improved to a more professional argon arc welding treatment as required. Previously, we only used pressure testing to ensure that the pump body was leak free for the processed finished products. Later, we added non-destructive testing to make the inspection more careful and thorough. This not only ensures that the pump body is leak free when it leaves the factory, but also prevents leakage in the future to ensure that our products are more durable...
