From 2017 to 2020, XCMG's "Chairman Quality Award" was selected for three sessions, and each candidate was able to stand up and establish themselves. From research and development, production to manufacturing, everyone shoulders the responsibility of quality development and closely monitors the quality development goals.
With quality as the foundation, XCMG's innovation pace continues to accelerate. During the "13th Five Year Plan" period, XCMG continued to promote the "three high and one large" technological innovation strategy with high technology content, high added value, high reliability and large tonnage, and continued to improve the global collaborative R&D system with the industry's first national technology center as the core. XCMG has the first batch of State Key Laboratory and national industrial design centers in the industry; Continuously creating over 100 sets of domestically produced first major equipment, 6 manufacturing industry champions, possessing more than 7600 authorized patents, over 1700 invention patents, more than 80 PCT international patents, and successfully publishing 5 international standards.

On November 24, 2020, XCMG Global Service System (X-GSS) was launched globally. The X-GSS system provides multiple query methods for global customers, including vehicle query, vehicle model quick query, and material forward and reverse query capabilities. At the same time, based on international public cloud technology, it quickly and efficiently supports global customer operation experience. As of now, the X-GSS system has carried nearly 150000 digital products that correspond one-to-one with physical products, spanning nearly 2000 different product models, providing about 1000 different types of model manuals, and directly releasing "one-stop" digital services to global users.
At the same time, XCMG empowers construction machinery with 5G technology, not only enabling the construction and application of "5G full value chain intelligent factories", but also creating many high-tech products and technologies such as XCMG unmanned road sweepers, 5G remote operation smart cockpits, auxiliary lifting, remote experts, etc.
Next, we plan to extend the application of 5G technology further and achieve remote transmission of real-time images, sounds, and debugging parameters in XCMG's Beijing Daxing debugging site, Heilongjiang Mohe extremely cold environment debugging site, and northwest plateau environment debugging site, enabling interaction between factory technicians and on-site debugging personnel. ”Li Zhongfu, Minister of Xugong Heavy Industry Information Management Department, introduced that.
