The spring breeze is warm, and everything is flourishing. On February 24, 2023, the first general meeting of the third session of Jining Machinery Industry Association was grandly held at the Shengdu International Convention Center. More than 260 entrepreneurs, member representatives, and guests from the city's machinery industry gathered together to share the gains and joy of the past year and look forward to a better future together. Deputy Minister of the United Front Work Department of the Jining Municipal Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Group and Executive Vice Chairman of the Jining Federation of Industry and Commerce, Dai Chao; President of the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, Gao Ling; Member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Jining Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Zhang Rui; Vice Chairman of the Jining Rencheng District Political Consultative Conference and Chairman of the Rencheng District Federation of Industry and Commerce, Wang Zhengjun, attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Cheng Yongxi, Vice President of the Association.

Li Baomin, President of Jining Machinery Industry Association and Chairman of Shandong Bote Precision Industry Co., Ltd., delivered a work report titled "Ten Years of Forging the Wind and Breaking the Waves, Setting Sail Again" to the conference. In the report, Li Baomin comprehensively reviewed the work of the association in the past five years from six aspects: leadership team building, deep service to enterprises, external cooperation and exchange, resource platform construction, playing a bridge and link role, and party building of the association. He encouraged member enterprises to strengthen their confidence, firmly follow the path of independent innovation and independent research and development, be brave and steadfast, work together to forge ahead, and strive for "first-class, first, and only" in the new journey, making new and greater contributions to the construction of a national level manufacturing high-quality development pilot zone center city in our city.

Zhang Rui, member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of Jining Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, delivered a speech on behalf of the bureau at the conference. He said that the Machinery Industry Association has been established for ten years and has made outstanding contributions to the socio-economic development of Jining. It has played a positive role in the development of Jining's equipment manufacturing industry and the construction of industrial clusters, and has achieved remarkable results. Ten years of journey, fruitful achievements, ten years of stride, resolute steps. In the new year, we hope that the association will not change its original intention, carry forward the past and open up the future. All member units will unite closely, strengthen their confidence, seize opportunities, and always maintain the ambition of a strong city in industry, manufacturing, and manufacturing. According to the meeting agenda, the first session of the association's third council was held during the conference, and the leadership team of the third council was elected by anonymous voting. Sun Shanjin, Chairman of Shandong Shankuang Machinery Co., Ltd., was elected as the President of the third council. Comrades Wang Jingping, Wen Chentao, Sun Kai, Sun Xianjun, Du Yazhong, Li Qiang, Li Xingqiang, Zhang Rui, Zhang Yangxun, Zhang Hongbin, Fan Chengyu, Yao Lianzhi, Xu Qingjie, Xu Xiangqian, Cheng Yongxi, and Wei Zhongrui were elected as Vice Presidents of the third council, Wang Jingping was elected as Secretary General, and Xie Bing was elected as Chairman of the Supervisory Committee.

After the election results were announced, the venue erupted into warm applause. The President of the Third Council, Sun Shanjin, made an impassioned statement, thanking all member companies for their trust. He expressed his deep sense of responsibility and arduous mission to serve as the President, and will work together with all member companies to contribute positively to the development of our city's equipment manufacturing industry.

After the election, Gao Ling, the president of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, delivered a congratulatory speech on behalf of the association to the conference. In her congratulatory message, she said that the Jining Machinery Industry Association has provided strong support for the development of its member enterprises with high standard positioning and high-quality services, effectively cooperating with Jining's strategy of "cultivating industrial clusters as the starting point, building industrial chains as the core, and vigorously developing advanced manufacturing", singing the main melody of "Made in Jining" and "Created in Jining", and making outstanding contributions to guiding the city's equipment manufacturing enterprises to implement the transformation of old and new driving forces, accelerating the transformation and development of traditional manufacturing industry to high-end equipment and advanced manufacturing.

At the meeting, Li Baomin and Sun Shanjin took the stage to carry out the flag handover ceremony. Dai Chao, Deputy Minister of the United Front Work Department of Jining Municipal Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Group and Executive Vice Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, respectively presented Li Baomin and Sun Shanjin with the "Four Good" Chamber of Commerce plaque of the All China Federation of Industry and Commerce and the plaque of the President of the Third Council. According to the decision of the first session of the third council, Li Baomin was appointed as the honorary president of the third council, Zhang Shengchen, Wei Chenghui, and Jing Zhenhua were appointed as senior development advisors of the third council, and the president Sun Shanjin presented appointment letters to the four previous leaders of the association.
