On February 23rd, the second session of the Zibo Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association's second membership and 2023 Spring Festival meeting, with the theme of "Firm Confidence, United Progress", was grandly held in Zichuan District (China Qiai Industrial Park).

President Zhang Huixin delivered a work report titled 'Strengthening Enterprise Development Confidence, Joining Hands to Unite and Forge Ahead'. Mainly reflected in: insisting on placing the association's party building work in a prominent position; Adhere to the dual pronged approach of epidemic prevention and production, without compromising on both. Continuously promote internal collaboration among member companies; Focusing on "specialization, refinement, uniqueness, and novelty" to stimulate the endogenous driving force of enterprise innovation; Actively report member demands to the government and functional departments; Utilize platform advantages to provide policy support for member enterprises; Actively organize exhibition visiting groups to help members explore the market; Utilize high-quality resources to recruit technical talents for enterprises; Continuously strengthen self construction and enhance the cohesion of the association. When deploying the future work of the association, President Zhang pointed out the need to deeply study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and to politically lead and unite forces. Continuously focusing on specialization, refinement, novelty, and firmly moving towards the mid to high end, with a focus on implementing the 1234 Action Plan. Adhere to group management and expand internal cooperation. Member enterprises should join forces to participate in major project bidding. For large orders signed by leading enterprises, the association advocates member enterprises to negotiate and cooperate to complete them. For the common good, we should complement each other's strengths and shift from "fighting alone" to "working together"; From 'individual work alone' to 'working together'; Jointly achieve the agreed goals and achieve a multiplier effect of 1+1>2. Continue to carry out the cultivation work of "specialized, refined, unique and new" enterprises, so that more "specialized, refined, unique and new", "Nezha", "Gazelle", "Unicorn" and "Single Champion" enterprises can stand out.
