They put forward their own opinions based on their own enterprise situations. Everyone agrees that schools, enterprises, and associations should strengthen communication and exchange, and jointly explore issues such as personnel retention and technology transfer in enterprises. The Vice President of Science and Technology at the University of Science and Technology of China has brought professional talents to the forefront of enterprises, leveraging their professional technical advantages to help solve problems encountered in technology research and innovation, providing talent support for enterprise development, and benefiting many enterprises greatly.
