At the meeting, participants engaged in lively discussions on topics such as the "Implementation Opinions on Carrying out the Precise Cultivation Project of Specialized, Refined, Unique and New Enterprises in Zibo Equipment Manufacturing Industry", the "Plan for the Series of Interviews on the Road to Revitalize Zibo Industry", and the "Notice of the Association on Group Participation in the 17th Shandong Equipment Expo". Everyone spoke freely, discussed their opinions, put forward suggestions, and brainstormed. They put forward many ideas and opinions on the topics of the symposium.
Everyone agrees that currently, focusing on products with "specialization, refinement, uniqueness, and novelty" is the only way for enterprises to develop. In the context of the repeated outbreaks of the epidemic, the implementation of the "specialization, refinement, uniqueness, and novelty" cultivation project within the association will help enhance the ability of enterprises to respond to external shocks, stimulate innovation vitality, and promote high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises. Member companies should take cultivating "specialization, refinement, uniqueness, and novelty" as the main line to promote high-quality innovation and development of the company, use limited funds on the cutting edge, come up with real, hard, and ultimate strategies, focus on research and development, solve technical problems such as "bottlenecks" in the enterprise, and make products more refined and excellent. It is widely believed that currently, in the entire lifecycle of enterprises, they have encountered development bottlenecks and face many confusions and choices. It is hoped that the association can seek an excellent team of experts to help enterprises survive and develop, provide guidance and wisdom, and unite member enterprises.
Zhou Kai, Director of Zibo Radio and Television Integrated Media Center, provided a detailed introduction to the project background, project format, and expected goals to be achieved through the "Revitalizing Zibo Industry Road" series of interview planning cases.
Director Li Jikai was invited to give a keynote speech. Director Li first gave full praise to the association for its pragmatic innovation, series of service activities carried out in recent years, and promotion of industry development and upgrading. Suggestions were put forward regarding the discussion topic.
1、 Specialization, refinement, novelty, and macro level:Firstly, the opportunity for the development of the equipment manufacturing industry has arrived, and everyone should have firm confidence in the development of the equipment manufacturing industry. Secondly, there is unlimited potential for the development of specialized, refined, and innovative enterprises. In the new era of development, the new economy and new industries are gradually transforming and bursting, requiring a large number of specialized and innovative enterprises to provide support. Thirdly, promoting industrial progress is an important means for enterprise development. We should combine the characteristics of the industry and the resource base, and introduce resources such as policies, talents, technology, platforms, and brand building to promote industrial development and stimulate the vitality of enterprise development. Fourthly, innovation policies are important measures to promote industrial development. Policy is a holistic system that is ubiquitous, especially under the current system in China. Through research on national and regional policies related to equipment manufacturing, precise policy guarantees should be provided for high-quality development. The formation of synergy is the key to promoting the development of enterprises and industries. The first step is to establish supply relationships among enterprises within the association; The second step is to achieve resource sharing through supply, such as factory buildings and research and development platforms; The third step is to form equity and invest in linking the industrial supply chain.
2、 Enterprise development strategies:One is to focus on one's own development advantages, such as product advantages, asset advantages, investment risk control advantages, etc; The second is to build core competitiveness. For example: products, technology, services, etc; Thirdly, it is essential to learn how to allocate resources. Among them, resources are divided into hard resources and soft resources. Hard resources include land, funds, talents, technology, etc., while soft resources include policies, mechanisms, intelligence, cooperation models, corporate culture, corporate brand, etc. For enterprises, soft resources are playing an increasingly important role, and they must "slim down" their existing hard resources through monetization, value enhancement, and aggregation; Fourthly, it is necessary to make a good development plan for the enterprise under the current situation, scientifically and fully analyze and understand the situation, trends, set goals, allocate resources, and innovate operations in order to implement it; Number five is to learn the value of innovation. Value products and product value are two completely different concepts. At the same time, in terms of manufacturing, the products it produces are different from handicrafts, because the value products of manufacturing lie in the innovative value of platform concepts, service concepts, and other aspects.
3、 At the level of equipment manufacturing industry:To accurately analyze the current situation. Under the current epidemic situation, the central government has realized the prominent contradiction and crisis between prevention and control and economic development. At the same time, it should attach importance to the utilization of soft resources and predict development trends ahead of time. On the one hand, there is insufficient emphasis on soft resources. While ensuring the survival of enterprises, priority should be given to solving their development difficulties, investing in intellectual and policy support, and diagnosing the constraints on enterprise development. Through research, develop relevant development strategies and provide tracking services based on the principles of "one enterprise, one diagnosis, one enterprise, one prescription, and one enterprise, one plan". Establish a year-round work tracking system for service enterprises, and timely allocate the necessary resources for enterprise development.

1. member enterprises to take the road of special development, in line with the development needs of enterprises.Just now, in the discussion and exchange, everyone's speeches expressed the willingness of enterprises to take "specialization, specialization and innovation", which shows that it is right for our equipment manufacturing enterprises to take the road of "specialization, specialization and innovation" and meet the development needs of enterprises. Here, I would like to thank Director Li Jikai in particular for the "Implementation Opinions on Carrying out the Precision Cultivation Project for Specialized and Special New Enterprises in Zibo Equipment Manufacturing Industry" specially drafted for our association. In recent years, Director Li has participated in some activities of our association. Through visiting member companies, visiting and researching, he has gained a deeper understanding of our member companies. The drafted "Opinions" are in line with the actual situation of our association's equipment manufacturing companies.
2. specialized and new, we already have a number of successful typical cases, which have set an example for the development of member enterprises.More than half of the participants in today's meeting are specialized and special new enterprises, and some of them are very outstanding and distinctive. For example, in the case of Taizhan Electromechanical, which is directly guided by Director Li, we will have different feelings every time we visit. Some enterprises, including those present here, have already gone out of their own special and new way in a certain field. Recently, among the 220 specialized and special new enterprises announced by the Municipal Industry and Information Commission, there are 9 of our member enterprises, which also confirms that we are taking the road of specialization and innovation, which is in line with everyone's wishes.
3. will seize the time to implement the specialized and special new cultivation project and form a strong atmosphere as soon as possible.There are mainly the following aspects: First, do a series of interviews on the road to revitalize Zibo's industry. According to the request put forward by Director Li just now, financial media will make some adjustments here. We can ask Director Li to do some on-site consultation for the enterprise. Other relevant experts may also be invited to participate in the interview series. I suggest that within the association, we should select enterprises that have been established as specialized and special new enterprises at or above the municipal level as a model to guide them. Through on-site interviews, interviews and other forms, we should show some good practices of these enterprises as experience, show them to leaders at all levels and other member enterprises through radio and television media, carry forward everyone's good practices, and create a good atmosphere. The second is to plan and hold the launching ceremony of the specialized new cultivation project. The Secretariat should actively invite experts and professors from relevant colleges and universities, and Director Li will invite several high-level experts to set up an expert group of about 10 people as soon as possible. At the launching ceremony, the participating units should conduct dialogue with experts in combination with the actual situation of the enterprise. The third is to put forward the list of the first batch of specialized and new cultivation enterprises as soon as possible. Including the cultivation of Zibo City specialized special new enterprises and Zibo City above specialized special new enterprises list. The Secretariat should actively recommend or organize member enterprises to declare. Now the enterprise is making great efforts in specialization and innovation, which will certainly bring a line of development vitality to the enterprise in the future.
4. meticulously organized enterprises to participate in the 17th International Shandong (Jinan) Equipment Expo.The Expo will be held in Jinan from June 1 to 3. In order to hold the Expo well, the Provincial Department of industry and information technology has specially issued a "notice" to list Zibo Equipment Manufacturing Association as the co organizer of the exhibition. Zibo Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and the Municipal Non-public Economic Development Center have also put forward requirements for our association. This is our support and encouragement. To this end, all member companies and secretariats must attach great importance to it, and units above the board of directors must dare to take responsibility and make every effort to organize this exhibition. We should make full use of the preferential policies to support the exhibition and do everything possible to obtain funds for enterprises to participate in the exhibition. To show highlights. In this exhibition, our association and Zibo City Non-public Economic Development Center will set up an exhibition in the form of "Zibo City Equipment Manufacturing Exhibition Area", gather together, jointly organize a group to participate in the exhibition, show the top quality of enterprises, show the advantages of Zibo equipment manufacturing industry, welcome businessmen from all directions, and expand the market in groups.
After the meeting, the participants went to Huapu UHV motor production base and various production workshops for on-site observation and exchange. Shandong Huaput Motor Co., Ltd. has built a new high-voltage motor production base with a total area of 10560m ² and a project investment of 20 million yuan. The commissioning of the new plant has injected new momentum into the company's development and added new vitality.
Huaput's main business: R & D and design, manufacturing, maintenance, sales and service, international trade, etc. of high-efficiency motors and control systems. The main products are: high voltage motor, low voltage motor permanent magnet motor, explosion-proof motor, switched reluctance motor, high and low voltage high power motor recycling. In particular, in the workshop of the newly completed Huapu UHV motor production base, the intelligent equipment, R & D and testing facilities are complete, and the production site is clean, bright and uniform, which shows the strong development momentum of Shandong Huaput Motor Co., Ltd., which has been unanimously praised by everyone.
In recent years, the Zibo Equipment Manufacturing Association has taken the promotion of the cultivation of "specialized, special and new" enterprises as a key task, encouraging and supporting enterprises, accurately developing and manufacturing new products, and promoting the development of the industry and the upgrading of enterprises. Focusing on "specialization and innovation", the association has been taking action.
