pioneerIntelligent manufacturing: the driving force for enterprise development

Recently, Shandong Xianhe Junyue Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shandong Xianhe Yuexin Electromechanical Co., Ltd., the president's unit, independently developed and produced a steel structure intelligent unmanned welding workstation, which was successfully debugged at Haina Technology Co., Ltd. of Jining Mining Group.

After receiving the order, Zhang Yingzhen, Chairman of Xianhe Junyue Technology Company, immediately arranged for the Junyue Technology R&D team to rush to Jining Haina Company to survey the production site, understand the production process, grasp user requirements, and assigned Xianhe Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Research Institute to spare no effort in optimizing the design scheme and jointly carry out R&D intelligent manufacturing.

The steel structure intelligent unmanned welding workstation consists of two SR20 robots (grabbing), SA1600 robots (welding), one SP120 robot (handling), four sets of ground rail mobile positioners, one set of gantry overhead rails, and a PLC control cabinet integrated. The fixture is controlled by the grabbing robot, with a total of four workstations controlled by the mobile ground rail, overhead rail, palletizing robot ground rail, and PLC control cabinet. The grabbing robot is responsible for grabbing scattered workpieces and placing them on the workstation for assembly; Welding robots are responsible for teaming up assembled workpieces for welding; The palletizing robot is responsible for removing and placing the welded finished workpieces.

The steel structure intelligent unmanned welding workstation independently developed and produced by Xianhe Company consists of two grasping robotic arms, two welding robotic arms, one palletizing robotic arm, three sets of moving tracks, four sets of head and tail frame positioners, and four sets of detachable ventilation machine assemblies. We have achieved automatic loading, welding, unloading, and palletizing of workpieces, and the entire production process is fully automated. This is the first set in China, and Xianhe Company has applied for national patent rights.

The automated welding production line for roller frames independently developed and produced by the company will become a pioneer in the construction of the factory for a hundred years, a new driving force for enterprise transformation and acceleration of high-quality development, and demonstrate the confidence and responsibility of the "pioneers" in self-improvement, innovation and progress.
