It is understood that Weihai Weili Fan Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wendeng Weili Group. The company was founded in 1958 and has a history of over 60 years. It is one of the senior enterprises in Weihai.
Throughout the company's development history, it has received various honors and awards. The person in charge introduced that the company covers an area of 80000 square meters, has fixed assets of over 100 million yuan, 500 sets of various production, processing, and testing equipment, and has an annual production capacity of 12000 sets of fans and dust collectors.
The earliest machine was produced in 1896 and has a history of over 120 years. At present, it has become an antique and is displayed there, witnessing the development and growth of the company.
At present, Weili Fan has become the largest production base for fans and dust collectors in the Jiaodong Peninsula.
The current general manager of the company, Tian Zhaoqing, is a vibrant young person. He graduated with a PhD from the School of Mechanical and Power Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and has a strong sensitivity and insight into new things.
At the beginning of Tian Zhaoqing's tenure, he began to purchase advanced equipment, gradually phasing out outdated equipment, and renovating the factory floor.

In the past, manual welding was difficult to obtain in the market for senior technicians, but now there are welding robots that are not only fast but also efficient.
General Manager Tian Zhaoqing revealed his idea: to design the computer program in advance, let it take photos by itself, analyze the photos by itself, and then perform analysis tasks, that is, let the computer work with eyes and brains. In this way, efficiency will be greatly improved.

When it comes to opinions and suggestions for the association, General Manager Tian Zhaoqing said: 1. It is suggested that the association organize relevant activities by segmenting the manufacturing industry according to industries. For example, processing and manufacturing, intelligent manufacturing, welding, etc; 2. Indicate and summarize the main business of association members, and send relevant materials to member units within the association for mutual understanding; 3. Organize participation in well-known domestic and international exhibitions, which can be exhibited and visited; 4. Internet and big data are the general trend. Many enterprises want to do it, but they don't know how to do it. Relevant departments and associations can provide some successful application cases for everyone to share and draw inspiration from. This is because the Weihai region has just started in this area and needs to integrate resources and jointly explore development.
Deputy Secretary General Xia introduced the current operation of the industrial Internet enabling platform to General Manager Tian, and introduced the functions of Roots Internet.
