Observation, signing, negotiation, and cooperation
Autumn September is the season of harvest.
On September 27th, the association organized on-site observation and learning of member enterprises' intelligent manufacturing demonstration sites, as well as internal collaboration, exchange and negotiation meetings and signing ceremonies. Intended to promote mutual learning among member enterprises, strengthen internal communication and cooperation, promote the intelligent manufacturing and application of mechanical equipment in our city, accelerate transformation and upgrading, and achieve high-quality development. The Secretary General of the Association, Zhang Yingming, presided over the signing ceremony.
President Zhang Huixin, Vice Presidents Zhu Xunyan, Han Huaisheng, Wang Zhongyong, and Xu Yun, Secretary General Zhang Yingming, Deputy Secretary General Jing Changbao, and Hu Xiaobo of the association, as well as major leaders and relevant personnel from more than 30 member enterprises of the association, totaling more than 60 people, attended.

Shandong Region, Chu Wenying, Director of Shandong Deheng (Zibo) Law Firm, Li Yue, Director of Shandong Quanzheng Law Firm, and Guo Lingling, General Manager of Shandong Shuangyuan Management Consulting Co., Ltd. were invited to participate in the event.
The activity first conducted on-site observation and learning for four member companies. Visited Shandong Liuhang Gearbox Co., Ltd., Zibo Ouheng Machinery Co., Ltd., Shandong Leize Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., and Shandong Xianhe Yuexin Electromechanical Co., Ltd. After the on-site observation and learning of the intelligent manufacturing demonstration site, an internal cooperation and exchange negotiation meeting and signing ceremony will be held in the conference room of the president's unit and Shandong Xianhe Yuexin Electromechanical Co., Ltd.
Han Huaisheng, Vice President of the Association, represented the Zibo Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association and signed the "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with Zhejiang University Taizhou Research Institute, signed the "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with Datong Financial Leasing (Shenzhen Co., Ltd.), signed the "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with Far East International Leasing Company, signed the "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with Shandong Deheng (Zibo) Law Firm, signed the "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with Shandong Shuangyuan Management Consulting Co., Ltd., and signed the "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with Shandong Quanzheng Law Firm.
Wang Houli, Chairman of Zibo Chuanqiang Motor Co., Ltd., Zheng Hui, Chairman of Zibo Ouheng Machinery Co., Ltd., Wang Zhongyong, General Manager of Shandong Tongli Hardware Electromechanical Chain Co., Ltd., Du Yue, General Manager of Shandong Leize Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., Xu Jingqun, General Manager of Shandong Huihong Occupational Health Technology Service Co., Ltd., Dai Ming, Deputy Director of Jinan CNC Mold Technology Research Institute, and Li Gang, General Manager of Zibo Hongran Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd., successively made exchange speeches at the negotiation meeting, introducing the situation of the enterprise and making commitments and preferential service projects to further deepen cooperation with sister units and strengthen internal cooperation.
Du Yue, the director unit of the association and the general manager of Shandong Leize Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., mentioned during the exchange speech that in order to promote the strengthening of cooperation and close collaboration among member units, unite for warmth, and achieve greater progress together, Leize Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. proposes the following policy to the association and member units: 1. From now on, for the first time that a member unit of Zibo Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association purchases laser equipment from our company, our company will donate 1000 yuan to the association for every 10000 yuan spent on the final negotiated price, with a maximum of 10000 yuan. 2、 All member units of Zibo Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association can receive a free laser processing first order card and participate in the Laser First Order Free Activity. Member units holding their first free card to our company for laser processing for the first time can enjoy free processing for the first time as long as they recharge the first consumption amount, and the full amount can be pre deposited for later processing deduction (with a deduction limit of 10% per transaction).
会长张辉新在洽谈会上讲话。张会长讲到，刚才的签约和大家发言都很好。今天，讲三句话：
1、不忘初心。协会的不忘初心就是为会员企业服好务。今天协会与浙江大学台州研究院等六家单位签署《战略合作协议》，分别有科研机构、融资租赁服务、律师事务所、管理咨询培训，就是为企业服务的六个平台。协会就是为大家搜集信息、进行政策宣传，帮助解决实际问题。将始终坚持不忘初心，永远在路上。
2、牢记使命。协会的使命就是推动会员企业新旧动能转换。我们的会员企业各有特点、各有优势，今天在观摩中，大家都看到了，柳杭减速机公司生产现场，管理很好，电焊收尘装置。各单位都可效仿应用，且加工能力很强，大件加工他们有优势，小件加工欧恒有优势。先河公司先进的机加工设备，也能为大家提供加工服务业务。特别是镭泽激光、先河的机器人集成、华普的电机、传强的洗地车等，我们的会员企业每一家单位都有很多好产品，我们会员企业内部蕴藏着很大的市场、很多的优势。只要内部加强协作，抱团发展，会员企业的新旧动能转换，高质量发展，就一定能开创崭新的局面。
3、继续奋斗。就是要办好我们今年剩余时间的几项工作，落实好明年的规划。今年四季度的主要工作有：一是10月10日组织有关企业参加市商务局举办的南美矿业市场介绍会暨2020年智利国际矿业展览会推介会。筹备参加明年的南美智利矿用设备展会，政府有补贴，这是一次帮助企业开拓国外市场的好机会。二是10月份召开会长办公会，研究明年协会发展规划。今天到会的各位副会长要考虑，没有到会的副会长、监事长、秘书长、副秘书长理事以及各会员单位也要考虑大家的建议可以报到秘书处，我们就是要集中大家的智慧意见，把明年协会的工作规划谋划好。三是认真筹备好11月份的一届二次会员大会。关于明年培训工作是重点，我们要与山东理工大学实训中心加强合作，今天签约的培训机构要通力配合。让我们更加紧密的团结起来，继续奋斗，努力工作，为会员企业发展和淄博装备制造业振兴做出新贡献。
协会秘书长张应明在主持会议时，最后讲到，今天，我们分别参观学习了四家智能制造示范企业现场，他们的成功经验值得大家认真学习和借鉴。就会议贯彻落实情况，有三点意见和建议：一是秘书处要落实好张会长的讲话要求，把会议精神和活动内容及时在协会网站、微信群、简报作宣传报道；二是秘书处加强与6家签约单位的密切联系与沟通，及时征集会员企业在融资租赁、法律维权、管理咨询、人才引进等方面的需求，与签约单位一道为会员企业提供满意的服务；三是要发挥好协会大平台的作用。不仅要做好协会内部的交流与合作，还要加强与国内外商协会的联系与交流。为会员企业提供更多的市场信息、市场业务、真正达到资源共享、优势互补、相互促进、共同发展协会大平台的目的。
