Director Guan Donghong of Zibo Bonded Park introduced the basic situation of Zibo Logistics Park. From four aspects: the overview of Zibo Comprehensive Bonded Zone and supporting areas, Zibo Comprehensive Bonded Zone policies, Zibo Comprehensive Bonded Zone and supporting investment priorities, and the overview of Zibo Comprehensive Bonded Zone industrial extension areas, Director Guan provided a detailed introduction to the development status of Zibo Bonded Logistics Center, the service functions of the Comprehensive Bonded Zone, and relevant preferential policies.

President Zhang mentioned at the symposium that he had two exchanges and connections with Director Guan Donghong and Secretary Li Kai of the Bonded Logistics Park in the early stage, and felt it was necessary to select some enterprises of the association that have foreign trade exports or potential foreign trade export business to visit the park to learn about the relevant policies of Zibo Bonded Export, so that the association's foreign-related enterprises can take advantage of the government's support to expand and strengthen their import and export business. Just now, Director Guan gave a detailed introduction, which gave everyone a preliminary understanding of the park from a conceptual perspective. Through further communication and interaction, it will definitely be helpful for our participating enterprises. Everyone can raise questions based on their respective enterprise situations, comprehensively and deeply understand the relevant functions, service functions, and preferential policies of the park platform. We also hope that this exchange activity can bring better development to the enterprises.

At the meeting, entrepreneurs spoke freely, combined with the actual export business of the enterprise, discussing the situation, development, and raising questions. Some companies have raised concerns about whether the storage floor height can meet the demand for large cargo; Some enterprises have proposed that industrial and technical talents are also crucial for settling in bonded parks, and bonded parks should provide support in this regard; Some companies have raised concerns that the location of the bonded zone may be too remote, which is not conducive to the transportation of goods. Li Kai, Secretary of the Bonded Logistics Park, Director of Customs and other functional department leaders, faced everyone's questions directly, answered them one by one, cleared up doubts and doubts, and hoped that those with export business could come from here to save costs and contribute to Zibo. The leaders of the park stated that the new warehouse building has been completed and is fully capable of meeting the demand for large goods. In addition, preferential policies will be offered for storage fees based on different types of goods. For industrial and technical talents, there will be no worries for foreign-related enterprises. The park has signed targeted employment agreements with vocational colleges in Zibo City, and industrial workers can be freely selected by enterprises. The geographical location of Zibo Bonded Logistics Park is actually not remote. There is a dedicated exit on the recently renovated and opened Jiqing Expressway, which is very convenient for the transportation of goods. During the exchange and interaction, member companies expressed that the event was well organized and meaningful, and expressed their willingness to further deepen communication, learn more about import and export preferential policies, find entry points for work, further expand foreign import and export business, and contribute to the economic development of Zibo.

Director Zhou Longxian mentioned in his speech that he was very pleased to see so many old friends in the mechanical industry attending today's symposium on behalf of Director Dong. I am not unfamiliar with bonded industrial parks, and every time I come, I am moved by the speed of development and the dedication of the leaders. The machinery industry is the pillar industry of our Zibo city. It is our responsibility and obligation to develop Zibo's equipment industry, machinery industry, and electromechanical industry faster and better in the Zibo High tech Zone and Zibo Bonded Logistics Park.

At present, the world situation has undergone significant changes. Firstly, the pace of reform and opening up has been further accelerated, with the establishment of more free trade zones and logistics parks, and the formulation of more preferential policies. Secondly, the current digital economy of big data, cloud computing, and intelligent production is surging, constantly stimulating our industrial production and development. Thirdly, we need to make good use of the advantages of Zibo Bonded Logistics Park. The park needs to further enhance its development and provide greater preferential policies for our enterprises. Fourthly, our equipment industry should walk on two legs of domestic and foreign trade. At present, many enterprises of the association are mainly engaged in domestic trade, and the competition is fierce. The next step is to develop the foreign trade industry of the enterprise if conditions permit, and make the enterprise stronger and bigger. At present, we need to do the following three things well: first, we need to further update our concepts and establish an open mindset. Broaden your horizons and elevate your realm. Secondly, we should make full use of the preferential policies in bonded zones. Firstly, it is necessary to understand the policies before making good use of them. Thirdly, we need to create innovative articles. Be specialized, focused, and professional, and leverage opportunities for development. Finally, we hope that our enterprise can deepen its connection with the bonded logistics park, establish a long-term communication mechanism, and jointly contribute to the economic development of Zibo City.

The Secretary General of the Association, Zhang Yingming, said that today's meeting was very successful. After understanding the situation of the bonded logistics park, I feel that the policies of the park are full, and everyone is confident after listening. The next step is to ensure implementation. Secondly, we need to conduct thorough research and investigation. The Secretariat should conduct research on the business situation of relevant enterprises in foreign trade, strengthen discussions and communication with relevant enterprises, and grasp first-hand information. We must ensure the implementation of specific work, discuss each issue on its own, and implement it effectively.
