Yantai Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association and Yantai Enterprise Federation jointly carry out party building research and learning activities
In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and consolidate the foundation of party building work, on June 27th, the Yantai Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association and the Yantai Enterprise Federation jointly organized party member representatives from member units to visit and study at the party building demonstration site in Houxu Village, Qixia Temple, Yantai. The activity is centered around "experiencing the achievements of Party building leading rural revitalization and drawing on the red momentum of enterprise development", aiming to promote Party members and cadres to consolidate their original aspirations and missions through on-site insights, and transform grassroots Party building experience into innovative ideas for enterprise development.
Entering Houxujia Village, the party flag fluttering in the village committee courtyard and the five major themed murals on the walls complement each other beautifully. The mural group, with the themes of "Red Revolution", "Party Building Leading", and "Agricultural Civilization", vividly reproduces historical events such as the Battle of Huading Mountain, integrating revolutionary stories and modern agricultural science and education knowledge into the rural texture, and becoming a vivid carrier of civilization practice in the new era. Party member representatives stopped in front of the mural and deeply felt the inheritance of red culture and the charm of rural culture in the interweaving of colors and lines.
In the village history museum, yellowed land contracts, rusty farming tools, detailed village chronicles and documents... Every exhibit in the museum tells the story of the great changes that Xujia Village went from poverty and backwardness to prosperity and flourishing. When party members saw the old photos that recorded "the party branch leading the villagers to clear land and expand roads", they deeply realized the role of grassroots party organizations as the "backbone" in rural development - from solving food and clothing to planning industries, the party's leadership has always been the key to breaking through the situation.
Under the introduction of the guide, the party member representatives also learned and understood the specific measures taken by the village to enhance the cohesion of party building, promote basic development, and develop industries. The leadership team of the village committee has taken the lead in establishing stock cooperatives for land, tourism, real estate, labor, and other areas. Leveraging the advantages of local ecological resources, they have developed rural tourism and rural tourism, and created the tourism brand of "Ten Mile Ecological Valley - Xujia after Enjoyment". At the same time, measures such as introducing new varieties of cherry seedlings and promoting drip irrigation have achieved the upgrading and development of the agricultural industry, allowing villagers' lives to thrive.
