Building a cross-border industry dialogue platform to consolidate consensus on equipment manufacturing cooperation
In order to deepen economic and trade exchanges between China and South Korea and promote coordinated regional economic development, on June 20th, Yantai Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, together with Yantai Huaming Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. and Yantai Small and Medium sized Enterprises Federation, jointly held the China South Korea Trade Exchange Conference. This exchange meeting focuses on key areas such as equipment manufacturing and environmental protection technology, aiming to build a dialogue platform between the Chinese and Korean business communities, explore new opportunities for industrial cooperation, and enhance the competitiveness of regional industrial and supply chains.
Kim Kyung pyeong, President of the Central Committee for Regional Economic Revitalization in South Korea, led a delegation to attend the conference. The South Korean delegation has a strong lineup, with Vice President of the Korea Regional Economic Revitalization Central Committee and President of the Korea Environmental Protection Association, Jeon Jung sook, and President of the Seoul City Federation of the Korea Regional Economic Revitalization Central Committee, as well as representatives from eight enterprises including Sung Hong TS and The Gaon, attending the event, demonstrating the high importance attached to China South Korea economic and trade cooperation.
Zhang Huisheng, Secretary General of Yantai Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, Yu Yang, Deputy Secretary General, and representatives of local excellent equipment manufacturing enterprises attended the conference together with leaders and entrepreneurs of Yantai Small and Medium sized Enterprises Federation. As the representative of the organizer, Jin Baolian, the supervisor of the Yantai Small and Medium sized Enterprises Federation, comprehensively and deeply introduced the city overview of Yantai and the practical problems faced in the foreign trade field. In addition, representatives from the Yibin Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Association, Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Industry Association, and business elites from all over the country also gathered together to inject diverse vitality into the conference.
At the seminar, all parties engaged in lively discussions on the new situation of China South Korea trade. The attending representatives pointed out that China and South Korea have significant complementarity in the field of equipment manufacturing, with huge potential for cooperation in precision machining technology, intelligent equipment research and development, industrial upgrading needs, and market expansion space. At the same time, fields such as environmental protection technology, high-end consumption, food trade, and logistics circulation have also become hotspots for communication. Everyone agrees that we should fully leverage our respective industrial advantages, strengthen industrial integration, break through cooperation bottlenecks, and jointly enhance the resilience and level of regional industrial and supply chains.
The successful holding of this exchange meeting not only deepened the mutual trust and friendship between the business communities of China and South Korea, but also consolidated solid cooperation consensus in areas such as industrial docking and technological exchanges.
