Arrange the Chairman's Office Meeting in 2025- Zibo Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association holds the first (expanded) meeting of the third session of the Chairman's Office Meeting

On January 12th, the first (expanded) meeting of the third president of Zibo Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association was held at Shandong Lubo Vacuum Equipment Co., Ltd., presided over by the president Zheng Hui.

Zhang Huixin, Honorary President of Zibo Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, fully affirmed the recent work of the association and put forward constructive opinions on the 2025 work plan. Yan Bo, secretary of the Party branch of the Association, led the participants to study the Regulations of the CPC on Disciplinary Punishment (extract), and conveyed the spirit of Zibo Economic Work Conference. Secretary General Hu Xiaobo read out the "2025 Association Work Plan Arrangement (Discussion Draft)".

The meeting believes that since the first general meeting of the third session of the Zibo Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association was held in November last year, the new leadership team with President Zheng Hui as the core has united and led the members to work hard to create a new situation in various aspects of the association's work. Organized visits to Bohai Pistons and Kaiao (Jinan) Group for inspection and learning, and carried out cooperative exchanges with advanced counterparts; President Zheng Hui personally led a team to visit multiple member companies, listened to their voices, understood their business conditions, and helped them come up with strategies to solve problems; Established the Zibo Equipment Manufacturing Industry Working Committee of the Communist Youth League to gather and inspire the power of youth; Engage in communication and coordination with the Municipal Bank of Communications to seek effective solutions to the financing difficulties faced by enterprises; President Zheng Hui was invited to attend a symposium organized by the United Front Work Department of the Zibo Municipal Party Committee for the heads of business associations directly under the Federation of Industry and Commerce, reflecting the demands of member enterprises. The recent work of the association has shown a good development momentum, demonstrating the social responsibility of the association organization and receiving full recognition from superiors and members.

The meeting pointed out that 2025 is the first year of the third session of the Zibo Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association. In the face of new journeys and challenges, boosting development confidence is key, and we should focus on six key areas:

（1） The primary task of the current association's work is to make every effort to promote the economy. Faced with the severe economic situation, it is necessary to continuously enhance the confidence of member enterprises in their development, expand demand, stabilize growth, and promote development, and vigorously promote the stabilization and improvement of enterprise efficiency. We need to strengthen the promotion, interpretation, and guidance of relevant policy measures, timely convey a series of favorable policy information from various government departments to the vast number of member enterprises, and help enterprises learn and make good use of the national stable economic policies. We should prioritize helping special and difficult enterprises to overcome difficulties and survive in our current work, and make every effort to assist enterprises in solving practical difficulties and problems. We should unite and work together to achieve mutual success and help enterprises overcome the "harsh winter".

（2） Utilize the association platform to carry out various exchange activities. Organize benchmarking cooperation, visits and exchanges between member enterprises, carry out bank enterprise financing docking exchange, school enterprise talent docking exchange, "the Belt and Road" industry docking exchange and other activities.

（3） According to the needs of the enterprise, provide various specialized training. Mainly includes training on government related relief policies, risk management training for enterprises and bosses in the new environment, training on enterprise management improvement, digital transformation training, intellectual property awareness and enterprise brand building, etc., to comprehensively enhance the overall management level of enterprises.

（4） Group together and carefully plan and organize various inspection activities. Organize and participate in the Jinan/Qingdao Equipment Manufacturing Industry Expo, organize enterprises to join the Xinnuo machine tool docking exchange and Mount Huangshan tour group building activities, organize benchmarking and learning of advanced enterprises, innovate China's travel to the "the Belt and Road" to study abroad, and help enterprises to explore the international market.

（5） Assist in guiding member enterprises to enhance their awareness of digitalization and improve their level of innovation empowerment. We must be brave and innovative, and cultivate new quality productive forces according to local conditions. Organize digital transformation consulting and diagnostic experts to enter enterprises, gather wisdom and strength within the industry, and jointly promote the digital transformation process of the industry. Encourage and support eligible enterprises to continuously increase their R&D investment and promote high-quality development.

（6） Strengthen the guidance of Party building and rely on members to establish and revitalize the association. Organize member enterprises to carry out the "July 1st Red Tourism" Party building theme education and practical activities, promote positive energy, and more firmly and consciously practice the original mission, listen to the Party's words, and follow the Party. We must wholeheartedly serve our members, do good things and practical things for them, and make them benefit from it. Actively attracting equipment manufacturing entities with certain influence in the industry to join, effectively promoting the aggregation of innovative elements such as projects, technology, talents, platforms, and funds to the association, and increasing the new vitality of the association.
