On December 24th, the third session of the third general meeting of the Jining Machinery Industry Association, with the theme of "Practicing Enterprise Mission and Singing the Strong Voice of Jining", was grandly held in Jining. Li Jing, Vice Chairman of the Jining Municipal Political Consultative Conference, Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, and President of the Municipal Chamber of Commerce; Zhang Rui, Director of the High end Equipment Special Team of the Jining Manufacturing Strong City Construction Command, Member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Jining Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology; Zhong Ming, Director of the Digital Promotion Department and Fourth level Researcher of the Jining Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology; Wei Wei, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Rencheng District Bureau of Industry and Information Technology in Jining City; Chen Ruiliang, Secretary and Chairman of the Party Branch of Shandong Jinghang Intelligent New Steel Investment and Operation Co., Ltd.; Li Baomin, Honorary President of the Jining Machinery Industry Association; and Sun Shanjin, Secretary and President of the Party. A total of 290 people attended the meeting, including officials from relevant government departments, members of the third council of the association, members of the supervisory board leadership team, leaders of relevant cooperative units, representatives of friendly business associations, and all member enterprises. The meeting was chaired by Cheng Yongxi, Vice President of the Association and Chairman of Jining Antai Mining Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

In his speech, Li Jing pointed out that over the past year, under the leadership of President Sun Shanjin, the Jining Machinery Industry Association has closely united its member enterprises and achieved remarkable results. Through everyone's efforts and struggles, the association and all its members have won recognition from the party committees, governments, and various sectors of society at all levels in Jining. The Jining Machinery Industry Association has also become a widely influential and well-known social group and equipment manufacturing organization in Jining City and even the whole province.

He emphasized that manufacturing is the cornerstone of Jining's economic development, and hoped that the Jining Machinery Industry Association would lead all members to strengthen their confidence, seize opportunities, work hard, and accelerate development. One is to strengthen standardization construction. According to the standards of the "Four Good" Chamber of Commerce, we will further strengthen our own construction, adhere to the principles of conducting meetings in accordance with the law, providing services, promoting activities, and innovating to make the association a first-class chamber of commerce with orderly operation, high credibility, and strong cohesion. The second is to build a comprehensive service platform. Give full play to the advantages of information, networking and other resources, actively act as a bridge, promote communication and cooperation among members, promote the construction of pro clean government business relationships, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of members. The third is to lead member enterprises to integrate into the overall development of Jining. Actively participate in the economic and social development of our city, promote Jining more, bring more merchants, talents, and projects to Jining, and jointly write a new future of win-win cooperation.

Zhang Rui, on behalf of Jining Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, warmly congratulates the convening of the conference. He pointed out that the high-end equipment industry is a traditional advantageous industry in Jining, and it is the first industrial cluster in the "231" industrial cluster to break through the scale of billions. From January to October this year, the city's industrial enterprises above designated size have accumulated a total operating income of 353.985 billion yuan. Among them, there are 824 enterprises above designated size in the high-end equipment industry cluster, achieving a main business of 101.299 billion yuan, which is still the main force supporting the industrial economy. In 2025, Jining Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology will continue to deeply implement the first strategy of "manufacturing strong city". We hope that all member enterprises of the association will unite closely and work together to continue to expand and strengthen Jining's equipment manufacturing industry with new thinking and full enthusiasm, and make new and greater contributions to the development of Jining's industrial economy.

Chen Ruiliang, Secretary and Chairman of the Party Branch of Smart New Steel, delivered a speech. Wang Jingping, Vice President and Secretary General of Jining Machinery Industry Association, presented the 2024 work report of the association. In his work report, he reviewed the main work of the association in 2024 from five aspects: precise policy implementation for serving members, resource docking and platform building, seeking opportunities for external communication, party building leading and consolidating strength, and management enhancing self construction. The report points out that in 2025, the association will continue to adhere to the purpose of "serving members and promoting industry development", deepen the connotation of services, act as a "smart library" for the government and enterprises, expand service platforms, act as a "service provider" for member enterprises, lead the development of the industry, act as a "service soldier" for the industry, unite and lead all member enterprises, with a more vigorous fighting spirit and solid actions, promote various work to a new level, and contribute to the prosperity and development of Jining's equipment manufacturing industry!

Xie Bing, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Jining Machinery Industry Association and Chairman of Shandong Mingde Intelligent Equipment Technology Co., Ltd., reported to the attendees on the association's financial income and expenditure for 2024.

Sun Shanjin, Secretary and President of the Party Branch of Jining Machinery Industry Association, delivered a thematic report titled "Analysis of the Development Situation in 2025 and Several Reflections on Response Strategies". The report elaborates in detail on four aspects: the basic methods of thinking and judging the development trend of the situation, the basic factors that determine the direction of the situation, the prediction of the basic situation for next year and even the future period, and the basic strategies for responding to changes. It puts forward many useful suggestions for the development trend and response strategies of the domestic and international economic situation in the future period, which are worth referring to and learning from.

The conference also held a plaque awarding ceremony for the newly joined enterprises of Jining Machinery Industry Association in 2024, and 23 newly joined enterprises took the stage to receive member plaques.
