In order to strengthen the collaborative innovation of industry university research, meet the technological needs of enterprises, and promote new technologies and products, according to the "Action Plan for Collaborative Innovation of Industry University Research in Shandong Province's Iconic Industry Chain" jointly issued by the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Provincial Department of Education, and the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, a new generation of information technology industry chain industry university research precise docking and new technology and new product promotion activity will be held in Jinan City on February 28, 2023. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1、 Event time and location

Date: 9:00 AM, February 28, 2023

Location: Report Hall, 2nd Floor, S02 Building, Inspur Science and Technology Park (No. 1036 Inspur Road, Inspur Science and Technology Park, Jinan City)

2、 Activity format

On site industry university research collaboration and promotion of new technologies and products, synchronized with online live streaming.

3、 Activity content

Sign a strategic cooperation agreement in Shandong Province to promote the deep integration of industry, academia, and research; Establish an industry university research collaborative innovation alliance and unveil the plaque; Granting the plaque to the Provincial Manufacturing Innovation Center in the field of new generation information technology recognized in 2022; Main report on the development of new generation information technology; Financial institutions introduce preferential financial policies for enterprises; Publish the technology and talent needs of the new generation of information technology industry chain enterprises, promote innovative achievements and new technologies and products, and hold a new generation of information technology innovation achievements exhibition simultaneously.

4、 Participants

Universities and research institutes in the field of new generation information technology; Enterprises with technical and talent needs, as well as intentions to promote new technologies and products; Enterprises with a demand for the application of technology products in the field of new generation information technology; Financial service institutions; Related associations and media.

5、 Regarding requirements

（1） Please organize the Industry and Information Technology Bureau of each city to have approximately 150 enterprises with technical needs, talent needs, and intentions to promote new technologies and products in the field of new generation information technology (according to the application situation), and about 10 enterprises with application needs for new generation information technology products (organized by each city) to participate in the event on time. At the same time, a contact person should be identified, and the participants (Attachment 2) should be summarized and sent to the email address before 5:00 pm on February 23rd. The Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology will simultaneously organize around 10 financial service institutions to attend the conference.

（2） Companies participating in the roadshow (the list will be notified separately) are requested to prepare their demand release, innovation achievements, and product promotion PPTs in advance and send them to their email before 5:00 pm on February 23rd. Enterprises participating in the roadshow must arrive at the venue before 14:00 on February 27th for equipment debugging. Companies participating in the exhibition are requested to arrive at the venue before 9:00 am on February 27th and complete the construction and layout of the exhibition area. （3） This event provides free booths, and exhibitors are responsible for their own equipment. Accommodation and meals will no longer be arranged uniformly, and expenses will be borne by themselves.

(IV), due to the shortage of parking spaces in the activity site, external vehicles are not accepted for parking on the activity day. Green travel is recommended.
