Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology: Notice on Organizing the Recommendation of the National Catalogue of Advanced Applicable Process Technology Equipment for Comprehensive Utilization of Industrial Resources

Each city's Industry and Information Technology Bureau, Development and Reform Commission, Science and Technology Bureau, and Ecological Environment Bureau:

In accordance with the requirements of the "Notice on Carrying out Recommendation Work" issued by the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the General Office of the National Development and Reform Commission, the General Office of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the General Office of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment "(hereinafter referred to as the" Notice "), the following notice is hereby issued regarding the collection of the catalog of advanced and applicable process technology equipment in the field of comprehensive resource utilization:

1、 Recommended requirements

We plan to recommend process technology equipment strictly in accordance with the provisions of the "Notice" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other four ministries.

2、 Recommended Program

（1） Apply. The industrial and information technology bureaus of each city, together with the competent departments of development and reform, science and technology, and ecological environment, organize local enterprises to use the "Industrial Energy Conservation and Green Development Management Platform"（ https://green.miit.gov.cn ）Submit application materials step by step.

（2） Initial review. The industrial and information technology bureaus of each city, together with the competent departments of development and reform, science and technology, and ecological environment, shall organize preliminary review of the application materials of local enterprises, conduct on-site investigations and credit checks on the situation of enterprises, recommend process technology equipment that meets the requirements, and submit the recommendation opinions and summary table (stamped scanned version and electronic version) to the email of the Green Development Promotion Department of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology before November 18th（ sgxtls@shandong.cn ）At the same time, the materials of the enterprises that have passed the initial review will be submitted to the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology through the "Industrial Energy Conservation and Green Development Management Platform".

（3） Review. The Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, together with the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and the Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment, will review the application reports of process technology equipment recommended by each city, and submit the process technology equipment that meets the requirements to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
