Notice on Organizing the Application of 2021 Industrial Internet Pilot Demonstration Project _ Notice of the Association _ Notice Announcement

Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureaus:

In order to deeply implement the innovative development strategy of industrial Internet and promote the integrated application of industrial Internet, according to the deployment requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, we are organizing the application of the pilot demonstration project of industrial Internet in 2021 and the submission of the progress of the pilot demonstration project in 2019-2020. The relevant matters are notified as follows:

1、 Application for Pilot Demonstration Projects in 2021

（1） Declaration direction

A batch of industrial Internet pilot demonstration projects were selected in four categories and 17 specific directions, namely, network integration innovation, platform integration innovation, security integration innovation, and park integration innovation. For specific requirements, see the Conditions for Elements of Industrial Internet Pilot Demonstration Projects in 2021 (Annex 1). Among them, the parks involved in this pilot demonstration refer to industrial parks and industrial parks with clear geographical scope, relatively concentrated industries, and management at the city level or above.

（2） Declaration requirements

1. The project application subjects can be industrial enterprises, basic telecommunications enterprises, information technology enterprises, Internet enterprises, universities and scientific research institutes, industrial park operation management organizations, etc. The applicant should be registered within Shandong Province, possess independent legal personality, and have good economic strength, technological research and development, and integration innovation capabilities.

2. Recommendation work should follow the principles of government guidance and voluntary participation by enterprises. Give priority to supporting industrial Internet projects that meet one or more of the following conditions: first, projects in the national new industrial demonstration base, cities (prefectures) with significant achievements in industrial steady growth, transformation and upgrading; The second is to complete the acceptance project of the Industrial Internet Innovation and Development Project; Thirdly, projects in revolutionary old areas; The fourth is projects that have achieved significant results in green and low-carbon, safe production, international cooperation, and military civilian integration.

3. Projects that have been listed in the pilot demonstration projects in the early stage and are still in the demonstration period (valid for 2 years) cannot be declared repeatedly. Industrial Internet innovation and development projects that have not been accepted or passed the acceptance cannot be declared, and projects that have not been built or are under construction cannot be declared.

4. Each applicant can only apply for one project, and the pilot demonstration direction involved in each application project shall not exceed one. The applicant must be responsible for the authenticity of the qualifications of the unit and the content of the project application form (Attachment 2), and must provide video proof materials related to the project (5-10 minutes), otherwise it will be considered as invalid application materials.

5. The recommended number of projects in six cities including Jinan, Zibo, Yantai, Weifang, Jining, and Weihai shall not exceed 5 each, and in other cities shall not exceed 3 each. Provincial enterprises can directly submit to the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology.

2、 Progress of Pilot Demonstration Projects in 2019-2020

The municipal competent departments of industry and information technology are requested to sort out the projects shortlisted for industrial Internet pilot demonstration in the past two years, and organize relevant enterprises to prepare project progress, mainly including enterprise profile, project situation, work progress, promotion effect, etc.

3、 Submission time

1. Pilot demonstration application project for 2021. Please submit the project recommendation summary table (two copies with official seal, see Attachment 3), project application form (six copies), and electronic CD (sent to email simultaneously) to the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology before November 14, 2021.

Progress of pilot demonstration projects from 2019 to 2020. Please send the electronic version of the project progress to the email before November 5th, and the paper version of the materials will be summarized by the relevant cities and mailed to the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology.
