Eight departments, including Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, Shandong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, have recently jointly issued the Notice on Holding the Shandong "Skills Revitalizing Shandong" Vocational Skills Competition - the Second Shandong Industrial Internet Competition. We hope that relevant units will do a good job in organizing and actively organizing the competition according to the requirements of the notice and the unified deployment of the competition organizing committee.

In order to fully implement the strategic deployment of the provincial party committee and the provincial government on accelerating the transformation of new and old kinetic energy, deeply implement the innovative development strategy of industrial Internet, vigorously cultivate a team of skilled talents in the field of industrial Internet, and promote the spirit of craftsmanship of excellence, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, the Provincial Youth League Committee, the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Provincial Department of Education, the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the Provincial Big Data Bureau, and the Provincial Communications Administration jointly held the second Shandong Industrial Internet Competition (hereinafter referred to as the Competition). The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1、 Organizational structure

This competition is a provincial-level second-class competition, and an organizing committee has been established to be responsible for the organization, arrangement, and daily management of the competition. The members of the organizing committee are appointed by the leaders of the co organizers and relevant department/unit leaders. The Organizing Committee has an office, which is responsible for the organization, arrangement and daily management of the competition. The office is located in Shandong Industrial Internet Association.

2、 Competition project

For the application of industrial Internet technology, this competition will combine the actual production of enterprises and the development of industrial Internet applications, and focus on the investigation of the players' equipment installation, debugging, operation, and data collection, convergence, and analysis capabilities. The specific schedule and requirements will be notified separately by the competition office.

3、 Competition format

本赛项为双人赛，大赛分为职工组、学生组。

四、参赛对象

职工组：凡从事相关专业或职业的企业职工，和从事工业互联网相关专业教学的在校教师。参赛人员需提供身份证、教师资格证或社保证明（6个月以上）及报名材料（团队/个人）。

学生组：相关专业的全日制在籍学生（含应用型本科、高职、中职、技工院校）。参赛人员需提供身份证、学生证、报名材料（团队/个人）。

五、竞赛安排

竞赛分选拔赛、决赛两个阶段。选拔赛可由各地市工信局、人社局、教育局、总工会、团市委等相关单位联合组织实施。决赛在大赛组委会领导下，由大赛办公室具体组织实施。

(一)选拔赛

举办选拔赛的市可选派3支队参加决赛,不具备举办选拔赛条件的市每组可推荐2支队参加决赛。省属高校、省属企业按照属地管理原则,参加其所在市的选拔或推荐。

组委会根据报名情况可择优适当调整。

(二)决赛

组织全省决赛，决赛分为两个阶段进行，第一阶段为理论考试，第二阶段为实操考试。总成绩中理论考试成绩占20%，实操考试成绩占80%。
