Invitation Letter for the "Packaging Designer" Competition of the 2nd National Etiquette and Leisure Industry Vocational Skills Competition in 2021

In order to thoroughly implement the important instructions of the state on skilled talents, vigorously promote the spirit of model workers, labor spirit, and craftsmanship, and cultivate a large number of high-quality workers and technical skilled talents in the packaging design industry, in accordance with the relevant arrangements of the "Notice of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Organizing and Conducting the 2021 National Industry Vocational Skills Competition" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Letter [2021] No. 37), the "Packaging Designer" of the 2021 National Industry Vocational Skills Competition - the 2nd National Etiquette and Leisure Industry Vocational Skills Competition "is hosted by the China Light Industry Federation, the China Etiquette and Leisure Products Industry Association, the China Employment Training Technical Guidance Center, the China Finance and Trade Light Textile Tobacco Industry National Committee, and organized by Lizhan Huabo Exhibition (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and the Shenzhen Arts and Crafts Gift Industry Association The competition (hereinafter referred to as the "Packaging Designer Competition") has started, and the entries in the final stage will be exhibited at the same time as the "29th China (Shenzhen) International Gift and Home Furnishings Exhibition". With the help of the largest gift exhibition in Asia, this event will provide a good platform for showcasing and promoting the entries. We welcome active participation from practitioners.

1、 Time and location

（1） Registration time: From the date of event notification release

（2） Competition Finals: October 21st to October 24th, 2021

（3） Competition Finals Venue: Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center (Bao'an New Building)

2、 Registration requirements

All creative designers engaged in packaging product design and art schools across the country are eligible to participate (the entries must be created by oneself, ensuring that they do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others).

3、 Registration method

（1） The organizers of the event will issue documents to various member institutions and design schools, and organize registration; The organizer and co organizers initiate invitations to enterprises, universities, and various cooperating institutions.

四、参赛费用

本次活动不收取费用，参赛人员食宿、交通、作品快递费用自理。

5资格审查

参赛资料初审。

六、赛事评议

由主办方邀请相关专家、教授和技能竞赛裁判员按赛事规则评议。

七、奖励办法

按《人力资源社会保障部关于组织开展2021年全国行业职业技能竞赛的通知》文件相关精神，拟对获得包装设计师竞赛总决赛前3名的选手，报请人力资源和社会保障部核准后授予“全国技术能手”荣誉称号，颁发证书、奖章和奖牌；获得总决赛第4-15名的选手，报请中国轻工业联合会核准后授予“全国轻工技术能手”荣誉称号，颁发证书。

八、报名要求

竞赛“北京站”参赛选手应于2021年8月30日前，将《2021年全国行业职业技能竞赛--第二届全国礼仪休闲行业职业技能竞赛包装设计师参赛报名表》(电子版)、《参赛承诺书》(签字或单位盖章后扫描)、身份证复印件(正反面扫描)、学生组学生证扫描等电子版、预选赛参赛作品，同步提交至预赛组委会办公室深圳市工艺礼品行业协会。
