Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association Fee Self discipline Commitment Letter

In order to conscientiously implement the spirit of the "Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Further Standardizing the Fees of Industry Associations and Chambers of Commerce" and the "Notice of the General Office of the Shandong Provincial People's Government on Further Cleaning up and Standardizing the Fees of Industry Associations and Chambers of Commerce", and fully implement the "Shandong Provincial People's Government on Issuing the Development Plan for the High end Equipment Manufacturing Industry in Shandong Province (2018-2025)", the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, in accordance with the "Notice of the Shandong Provincial Department of Civil Affairs on Organizing the Self inspection and Spot Check of Fees of Provincial Managed Industry Associations and Chambers of Commerce in 2021" (Lu Min's Letter)［2021］According to the requirements of No. 63, a thorough comparative inspection was conducted, and there were no issues with illegal charges. In order to further standardize the charging behavior, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of members and related enterprises, and promote the healthy and orderly development of the industry, our association solemnly promises to member units and society:

1、 Strictly abide by laws, regulations, and relevant national charging policies, and eliminate all unreasonable charging behaviors. Consciously accept the business guidance and supervision management of the registration management authority and relevant industry management departments.

2、 Strictly follow the regulations of the articles of association to approve membership applications, implement the principle of "voluntary membership, free withdrawal", and do not force membership or hinder withdrawal.

3、 Strictly implement the fee disclosure system,Make full use of the Association's official website, official account and other channels to disclose the service content, service mode, service objects and charging standards to the general membership units and the society, and improve the standardization and transparency of charging,Resolutely eliminate the phenomenon of only charging without service or charging too much for too little service.

4、 Adhere to the original intention of wholeheartedly serving the development of the industry and its members, as well as serving the government and society, fully play its functional role, serve as a bridge and link between enterprises and the government, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of member units, and actively reflect the demands of enterprises to government departments.

5根据行业发展要求和会员需求，积极为会员提供全面、专业和个性化服务，充分发挥行业引领和行业自律作用，积极维护行业良性竞争秩序，为促进山东省装备制造行业高质量发展贡献力量。

六、进一步完善内部管理制度，坚持节俭务实的原则，规范收费行为，减少开支，勤俭办会，促进协会良性健康发展。
