Notice on Forwarding the Announcement of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology on Soliciting Intelligent Technology Transformation Service Providers
Equipment manufacturing industry associations, professional branches (group member units), member enterprises, and equipment manufacturing related enterprises in various cities:
In order to strengthen the construction of the service provider team for intelligent technology transformation of industrial enterprises and promote the in-depth development of intelligent technology transformation of industrial enterprises in the province, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province has issued a notice on soliciting intelligent technology transformation service providers, and launched the solicitation work for intelligent technology transformation service providers. Please actively participate in the application activities in accordance with the requirements of this announcement. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1、 Scope of solicitation
（1） Registered within Shandong Province, possessing independent legal personality, having a professional service team for intelligent technology transformation, able to provide diagnostic consulting services and systematic solutions for industrial enterprises to implement intelligent technology transformation, having two or more independently completed successful cases of intelligent technology transformation and good social reputation, and having no major illegal records in business activities in the past three years as a service provider enterprise.
（2） Registered within Shandong Province, possessing independent legal personality, and successfully implementing intelligent technology transformation in the industry, forming a replicable and promotable model, willing to replicate and promote the model to leading backbone enterprises in related industries.
2、 Requirements for Applying Service Providers
（1） The applicant company shall ensure that all information provided is true, accurate, complete, and valid, and shall bear any adverse consequences that may arise from the provision of untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, or invalid information.
（2） Applicants must submit relevant qualification certification materials: ① Fill in the complete and stamped "Basic Information Form of Shandong Intelligent Technology Transformation Service Provider" (see Attachment 1); ② Copy of the business license of the enterprise and affix the official seal of the enterprise; ③ Copy of the front and back of the ID card of the legal representative of the enterprise.
3、 Application Procedure
（1） The Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology has released a solicitation announcement through its official website.
（2） According to the requirements of this announcement, the applicant enterprise shall submit the "Basic Information Form of Shandong Province Intelligent Technology Transformation Service Provider" and relevant qualification certification materials (in triplicate) to the industrial and information department of the city where the registration is located or the provincial industry association before 5:00 pm on May 20, 2020.
（3） The enterprises applying to our association will review the relevant qualification certification materials provided by the applicants and determine the list of eligible applicants. Before 5:00 pm on May 25, 2020, the list of eligible applicants will be submitted to the Planning and Technical Transformation Department of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, along with the "Basic Information Form of Shandong Intelligent Technology Transformation Service Providers" and relevant qualification certification materials (in one copy). （4） The Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology conducted on-site inspections of eligible applicants submitted by various municipal bureaus and provincial industry associations, and determined the shortlist of "Shandong Province Intelligent Technology Transformation Service Providers" and made it public.
（5） The Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology has the final interpretation and decision-making power of the solicitation activity, and will establish a file and database for intelligent technology transformation service providers who have no objections to the public announcement, forming a "Shandong Province Intelligent Technology Transformation Service Provider" database, which will be published on the government website.
4、 Job requirements
（1） Strengthen organizational guidance. Each city's Industry and Information Technology Bureau and provincial-level industry associations should attach great importance to and carefully organize service provider enterprises and leading backbone enterprises from their respective cities and associations to participate in this application activity.
（2） Strengthen qualification review. Each city's Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and provincial industry associations shall review and confirm the participating enterprises in accordance with the requirements of this announcement. Based on the professional expertise, successful cases, and service industry fields of the participating enterprises, they shall implement industry-specific inventory management for intelligent technology transformation service providers to better serve the intelligent technology transformation work of this city and industry.
(三)按时上报名单。各市工信局、省级行业协会对应征企业进行资质审核、对审核合格企业建库管理的同时，要按时向省工信厅报送应征企业审核确认名单、信息表及相关资质证明材料。
