Implementation Opinions on Implementing the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology's "Notice on Organizing the 'Technical Transformation+Three First Products' Supply and Demand Connection Field Conference and Collecting Product Display Videos"

To all member enterprises, professional branches, municipal associations, and related equipment manufacturing enterprises:

In order to promote the supply and demand docking of the first set of technical equipment, the first version of high-end software, and the first batch of new materials, help production enterprises explore the market, and provide new technology, new equipment, and new material support for technology transformation enterprises, the Planning and Technological Transformation Department of the Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology has organized a province wide "technology transformation+three first products" supply and demand connection meeting using government websites and industry websites according to the annual plan. The notice on organizing the "technology transformation+three first products" supply and demand connection meeting and collecting product display videos has been issued. After receiving the notice, the Provincial Equipment Association carefully studied and formulated specific implementation opinions as follows:

1、 This is a very important opportunity for promotion and publicity. We hope that member companies will attach importance to it. After receiving this implementation opinion, please actively apply according to the "Notice on Organizing the 'Technical Transformation+Three First Products' Supply and Demand Connection Field Conference and Collecting Product Display Videos" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (for non first set products but newly developed products by enterprises, they can also apply);

2、 The Provincial Equipment Association and the Planning and Technological Transformation Department of the Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology will jointly hold a meeting on the supply and demand matching of "technological transformation+new equipment" in Shandong Province. The approved enterprise videos will be promoted and broadcasted online on the government website and the association's official website, and market promotion will be carried out through online sales and media publicity to promote cooperation and docking between product supply and demand (the event will be notified separately);

3、 Establish a video library for "new products of enterprises" and continuously carry out online video exhibitions and promotion activities;

4、 For excellent new equipment and the first set, the Provincial Equipment Association will jointly hold a supply and demand docking activity with the Planning and Technical Innovation Department of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology (the activity will be notified separately).

This is a very important opportunity, as well as an excellent chance to enter the provincial equipment manufacturing project library and seek policy support. We hope that associations, professional branches, and group members (grassroots associations) in various cities can forward it to all enterprises as soon as possible. Members and equipment manufacturing enterprises are requested to actively apply, and the video and exhibition application forms should be submitted to the association's secretariat. After the association's initial review, they will be summarized and uniformly submitted to the Planning and Technical Reform Department of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology.
