Notice on Organizing Enterprises to Participate in the 2020 Hannover Industrial Fair in Germany
All member units and relevant enterprises:
In order to help enterprises expand into international markets and enhance the global recognition of their products, the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Association, in conjunction with Shandong Zhenghe International Exhibition Co., Ltd., jointly organized enterprises to participate in the 2020 Hanover Industrial Fair in Germany. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

The Hanover International Industrial Fair has a history of 72 years. It is not only the largest industrial exhibition in the world in terms of exhibition area, but also exhibits extremely high technological content, and is recognized as one of the most important platforms for connecting global industrial design, processing and manufacturing, technology application, and international trade. Up to now, it has become a flagship exhibition in the global industrial trade field, a barometer of world industrial trade, and a barometer of global industrial technology development.
二、参展费用
展位费：4300欧元/9平米(双开加收20%，三开加收40%，四开增收60%)；
会刊费：400欧元/单位, 市场推广费35欧元/平米；
报名费：2000元RMB/企业：
总计：（4300欧元+400欧元+315欧元）×8+2000元=42120元人民币。欧元汇率暂按1：8计算，后期以实际汇率为准。
人员费用：24800元/人，含国际往返机票，签证、保险，境外吃、住、行等接待服务。（行程时间：4月18日-4月26日）
该展会已经被纳入2020年山东省商务厅百展计划重点组织的A类展会，省商务厅对展位费用、运输费用予以支持。
