Notice on Organizing Participation in the 27th Western China International Equipment Manufacturing Expo and China Eurasia International Industrial Expo

　　According to the requirements of the provincial government, in order to seize the opportunity of the construction of the "Silk Road Economic Belt", actively participate in the development of the western region, vigorously explore the western market, accelerate the economic and technological cooperation between our province's equipment manufacturing industry and the western region, and expand the influence of "Made in Shandong" and "Good Product Shandong" in the western market, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology plans to organize enterprises to participate 2019 year 3 moon 14—17 The "Day in Xi'an 27 The China Western International Equipment Manufacturing Industry Expo and China Eurasia International Industrial Expo (hereinafter referred to as the "Western Manufacturing Expo"). The Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology has entrusted the Provincial Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association as the organizing unit for group exhibitions, specifically responsible for participation, conferences, and other related work. At present, various preparations are underway, and the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology will issue a notice document in the near future. In order to understand the exhibition needs of enterprises as early as possible and improve the exhibition plan, the Provincial Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association has decided to issue a preliminary notice, and enterprises can register for exhibitions from today onwards. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

　　1、 Basic Information of the Western Manufacturing Expo

　　The Western Manufacturing Expo is jointly hosted by the China Machinery Industry Federation, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, the Eurasian Economic Forum, the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and the Xi'an Municipal People's Government. It is the largest industrial expo held in western China and one of the "Three Major Exhibitions of Chinese Industrial Equipment".

　　The exhibition is divided into: Featured exhibition areas (government and park main exhibition areas; intelligent manufacturing special exhibition area; machine tool molds, welding and cutting equipment; industrial automation and control technology equipment; fluid machinery and power transmission equipment; thermal processing equipment; military civilian integration, military supporting special exhibition area;3DPrinting and rapid prototyping technology. Advanced Manufacturing Exhibition Area (Energy saving and Environmental Protection Industry, New Materials Industry, Rail Transit Equipment, Energy Equipment such as Transmission and Distribution, Oil and Gas Technology, Coal and Mining Technology, Agricultural Machinery and Equipment, New Energy Vehicles, Engineering Machinery, Automotive Manufacturing Equipment Technology and Supporting Industries). Exhibition Area for Modern Manufacturing Services (Modern Logistics, Internet of Things, Technology Research and Development Services, Software and Information Services, Public Service Institutions such as Finance and Insurance).

　　2、 Exhibitions and Supporting Activities

　　1 、 Exhibition methods.在展馆核心展区统一设置 “山东主题馆”，通过集中展示和整体特装的方式，增强“山东制造”的国内国际整体影响力，提升参展企业的品牌形象和参展效果。

　　2 、 举办产品推介 （ 发布 ） can 。利用展会平台，宣传介绍我省装备制造业的发展成果，选择优秀企业进行产品推介（发布），帮助企业开拓市场，提升品牌。产品推介（发布）会时间地点：3 moon 15 Afternoon of the day 1:30，西安曲江国际会展中心主会场。

　　3 、 组织观展与交流活动 。展会期间将组织各市经信委，有关行业协会及企业开展观摩交流活动，了解国内、国际装备制造业的发展趋势，探讨推进我省相关企业进入西部、深度参与丝绸之路经济带建设的方向和路径。

　　three 、 关于展位设置及参展费用

　　（ one ）、 Booth setup

　　1、A馆展位。山东省主形象展区设在A馆展区。A馆展位共 500 平方米。展位预定 18 平方米起，按 18 平方米递增。展位位置选择按照申请面积大小及申请先后顺序确定。

　　2、B 馆展位。B 馆展位共 400 平方米，在A馆展位不足时，企业可申请 B 馆展位。展位预定 18 平方米起，按 18平方米递增。展位位置选择按照申请面积大小及申请先后顺序确定。

　　3、室外展位：室外展位面积企业可自主申请，山东企业集中参展。

　　（ two ）、 Exhibition fees ：

　　 1 、 展位费 ：经与主办方充分协商，本次展会我省参展企业享受团体参展最优惠价格，费用标准为：室内：500 yuan/平方米户外：180 yuan/square meter

　　2 、 特装费及会议费 ：室内展区“山东主题馆”特装费及产品推介（发布）会议费用申请省财政资金补助，参展企业不需承担特装费；产品推介（发布）会由企业申请，免费参加。按企业申请先后顺序确定参加推介（发布）的企业。

　　four 、 关于展区特装

　　1、室内“山东展区”采取统一设计、整体搭建的方式，特装区配置 LCD 大屏幕。每个展位统一制作配置展台、展板、资料桌及洽谈桌椅，满足企业形象展示及宣传洽谈的基本需求。

参展企业如有个性化的特装要求，可向省装备制造业协会提出，协会协调装饰公司在整体设计时予以体现，增加部分的特装费用由企业承担。

　　2、户外“山东展区”的特装由参展企业自主设计，费用由企业承担。

　　five 、 关于展会宣传 ：

　　邀请山东电视台、大众网、齐鲁网等媒体对展会全程报道，产品推介会全程直播，利用协会网站对所有参展企业全面深度宣传报道，扩大参展效果及参展企业的社会影响力。
