Notice on the Preparation of the "2018 Advanced Member Enterprises of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association" Selection and Commendation Activity

Municipal associations and member enterprises:

To further strengthen the construction of the association, improve the service level of the association, motivate member enterprises to strive for excellence, encourage member enterprises to reform, innovate, transform and develop, and implement the project of converting old and new kinetic energy; Encourage member enterprises to actively abide by the articles of association and fulfill their obligations, and promote the cohesion of the provincial association; Encourage member enterprises to actively engage in industry exchanges, collaborative development, and cross-border integration to promote the new development of the equipment manufacturing industry in Shandong Province. The provincial association will conduct the selection and commendation work for the "2018 Advanced Member Enterprises of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association". The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1、 Scope of selection

(1)Member enterprise of Shandong Provincial and Municipal Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association.

（2） EnterpriseMember companies that have been or are currently being deregistered are not within the scope of selection.

（3） Member companies that have experienced major environmental, safety, and quality accidents in the past three years are not included in the selection scope.

3、 Selection criteria

1. Member enterprises should be guided by the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, conscientiously implement the Party's line, principles, policies, and relevant laws and regulations; Legitimate operation, the products and equipment manufactured by the enterprise comply with national, provincial, and local industrial policy planning.

2. Member enterprises should take the lead in implementing and enforcing new national, provincial, and local policies, conscientiously promote relevant policies, and play a leading role in the industry or at the local level.

3. Implement the "Made in China 2025" and "Shandong Provincial Action Plan", and promote the implementation of the major project plan for the transformation of old and new kinetic energy in Shandong Province. Enterprises have achieved significant development and improvement in their work related to innovative development, transformation and upgrading, and kinetic energy conversion.

4. Consciously abide by the articles of association of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association and the municipal industry association, fulfill the responsibilities of member enterprises, and fulfill their obligations.

5. Proactively engage in industry exchanges with other member companies and equipment manufacturing enterprises, achieve complementary advantages, and build consensus; Drive the growth of regional supply chains and industrial chains, and focus on transformation, upgrading, and cross-border integration development; Having good development advantages and influence among member enterprises and within the industry.

6. Seriously understand and grasp the purpose and concept of the Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association in serving enterprises, drive other equipment manufacturing enterprises, fully utilize the service platforms of provincial and municipal associations, actively participate in product display activities organized by the association, actively carry out communication and cooperation between member enterprises and non member enterprises, provide information on association service enterprise activities for non member enterprises, assist and integrate, and promote the coordinated development of the provincial equipment manufacturing industry.

7. Actively support the work and activities of the association, achieve industry self-discipline, maintain the honor of the association, fulfill duties and responsibilities, and promote the new development of provincial and municipal association organizations.

8. Pay attention to industry promotion, actively write articles and submit information to the provincial association; Actively and promptly pay membership fees to the provincial association; Actively and seriously propose improvement suggestions and opinions to the work of provincial and municipal associations, promote the high-quality development of provincial and municipal associations, and serve the transformation and upgrading of Shandong's equipment manufacturing industry and the efficient implementation of the new and old kinetic energy conversion project.

四、申报材料及办法

（一）各协会会员企业据实填写《先进会员企业申报表》（见附表）。

（二）各协会会员企业，按照评选条件，将先进会员企业申报材料报至省协会。

（三）各市协会可选择推荐2-3家会员企业，并附推荐意见。省协会秘书处根据各地市协会推荐意见进行初审。经会长办公会讨论后，提出全省先进会员企业名单。

（四）评选出的协会先进会员企业名单在协会网站进行公示，公示期为5天。

（五）根据公示结果，最终确定全省先进会员企业名单，由省协会进行表彰，颁发证书和奖牌，并在协会网等媒体上进行宣传。

六、否决项

在评选过程当中，若发现“评选范围”中的（二）、（三）项问题以及申报材料明显弄虚作假的，均一票否决。
