Notice on Conducting the Selection and Commendation Activities for "2018 Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Outstanding Enterprise", "Outstanding Entrepreneur", and "2018 Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Annual Product"

Associations in various cities and related enterprises in the equipment manufacturing industry:

To implement the "Made in China 2025" and "Shandong Provincial Action Plan", promote the effective implementation of the "Implementation Plan for the Major Project of New and Old Energy Conversion in Shandong Province", promote the transformation and upgrading of the equipment manufacturing industry in our province, accelerate the development of high-end equipment industry, promote the transformation of enterprises into new energy, and enhance new advantages in economic quality; Vigorously promote the entrepreneurial spirit, firmly grasp the main direction of the transformation of old and new driving forces into "four modernizations", innovate and enhance the high-quality brand image and new advantages of Shandong equipment manufacturing, and comprehensively improve the overall development level of our province's equipment manufacturing industry. The Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association has decided to launch the "2018 Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Outstanding Enterprise", "Outstanding Entrepreneur", and "2018 Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Annual Product" selection and commendation activities. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1、 Scope of selection

1. All types of ownership, large, medium, and small enterprises and their products in the equipment manufacturing industry registered in Shandong Province with legal person status, and their legal representatives or main operators.

2、Enterprises that have experienced significant environmental, safety, and quality accidents in the past three years will not be eligible for this evaluation.

3、本协会往年已经评定颁奖的年度产品，不在参选范围之内。

2、 Honorary Title

（1） Excellent Enterprises: 20 (the main responsible persons of excellent enterprises are named "Excellent Entrepreneurs")

4、 Recommended declaration method

（1） Declaration requirements

1. Self declaration. According to the principle of voluntary application for evaluation by enterprises, and in accordance with the requirements of the selection activity, enterprises shall independently apply. Enterprises can apply for one of the honorary titles based on their own situation, or simultaneously apply for two honorary titles: "Outstanding Enterprise in Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry in 2018" and "Annual Product in Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry in 2018". Excellent entrepreneurs are required to fill out an information form.

2. Recommended. For each honorary title, the local association can recommend 2-3 key enterprises.

（2） Application materials and requirements

1. Declaration Form (see Appendix 1 and 3). The declaring unit should carefully and standardly fill in all the contents of the declaration form. Among them, the company profile and business performance introduction should highlight key points, be concise and to the point, provide detailed data, and keep the word count within 2000 words.

2. If a company has won various honors and awards at or above the municipal level in the past three years, it is required to fill out the application form and attach relevant supporting documents, and fill it out together with the application form.

3. The candidate products declared by the enterprise should fill in the application form with the scientific and technological achievement awards, innovation achievement awards, product quality awards, product honor awards, and product patent information of the product obtained at or above the prefecture level in the past three years. Relevant certificates or supporting materials should be attached and filled in together with the application form.

4. The legal representative or main operator who applies for the "2018 Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Outstanding Enterprise" must also fill out the "2018 Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Outstanding Entrepreneur" information form (see Appendix 2).

5. If the local association has key recommended enterprises, they need to provide recommendation opinions.

5、 Selection method

（1） Initial review. After receiving the materials, the selection office conducts a preliminary review of the qualifications and material compliance of the applying units, and forms a list of candidates for further review.

（2） Review. The Expert Committee of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Association organizes experts to review and evaluate the application materials, determine whether they meet the candidate qualifications, and conduct on-site inspections of some candidate enterprises as needed to form a review opinion and candidate list.

（三）终审。召开评审委员会会议，对候选单位和产品进行终审。终审采取差额评选，评选结果在山东省装备制造业协会网站及公众号上公示一周后，确定各荣誉称号的企业和产品名单。

6、 Commendation and publicity

1、印发表彰决定，2018年末召开山东省装备制造业协会2018年度总结表彰大会，颁发奖牌和证书。

2、表彰结果报省工信厅备案，作为省政府有关部门开展省级、国家级相关评定、评选、推荐活动的重要参考。

3. The provincial association carries out rolling publicity on the website, official account and other media for the enterprises, entrepreneurs and annual products that have won the honorary title to display the good image of the enterprise and expand the influence of the enterprise brand. At the same time, produce special reports and promote to provincial and above propaganda media to expand social influence.

7、 Related matters

（一）评选活动报省工信厅备案，接受省工信厅的指导监督。本次评选不收取企业任何费用，请相关企业给予监督。

（2） The selection process is strictly monitored to prevent fraudulent behavior and ensure the fairness, seriousness, and authority of the selection activity.

（3） The applying and recommending units should actively cooperate with the evaluation and commendation publicity work, cooperate with the investigation and Q&A of candidate enterprises, and cooperate with the publicity and reporting of enterprises.
