Notice of Lu Zhi Xie (2017) No. 22 on Carrying out the Selection and Commendation Activities for "Advanced City level Associations" and "Advanced Association Workers" in Shandong Province's Equipment Manufacturing Industry

Each member unit:

To further strengthen the construction of associations, promote the healthy development of association work, and encourage associations and association workers in various cities to strive for excellence, the provincial association will carry outThe selection and commendation work of "Advanced Associations" and "Advanced Association Workers". The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1、 Scope of selection

（1） Local branches of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association.

（2） Scope of advanced association workers: full-time and part-time staff of provincial and municipal associations, as well as part-time staff of associations in member enterprises.

II Selection criteria

（1） Advanced Municipal Association of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association

1. Guided by the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, we conscientiously implement the Party's line, principles, policies, and relevant laws and regulations, and have shown outstanding performance in maintaining and ensuring the development of the equipment manufacturing industry;

2. The institution is well-established, the system is sound, and there are full-time (part-time) staff, office funds, and office space that are suitable for the work of the association. Striving for excellence in work, frequent activities, first-class self-discipline, and prioritizing service;

3. Adhering to the service tenet, striving to serve members, with obvious effects and remarkable achievements, and receiving high praise from the government and members;

4. Actively organize members to participate in various activities organized by the provincial association;

5. Consciously abide by the Articles of Association of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry and pay membership fees on time;

6. Pay attention to industry promotion, actively write articles and submit information to the provincial association.

（2） Advanced Association Worker

1. Seriously study the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and a series of important speeches by General Secretary Xi Jinping, abide by laws and regulations, be honest and self disciplined, strictly abide by the Association's Articles of Association and various rules and regulations;

2. Passionate about association work, united and cooperative, proactive, dedicated to the job, willing to contribute, with outstanding work performance.

3、 Recommended declaration method

（1） Local associations shall fill out the "Application Form for Advanced City level Associations" and "Recommendation Form for Advanced Association Workers" (see attachment) based on the actual situation.

（2） Based on the selection criteria and after consultation and listening to opinions from all parties, associations in various cities will select and recommend the best ones, and submit the recommended materials of advanced associations and advanced association workers to the provincial association.

（3） The Secretariat of the Provincial Association conducts preliminary review based on recommendations from associations in various cities. After discussion at the President's Office Meeting, a list of advanced associations and advanced association workers in the province was proposed.

（4） The list of advanced city level associations and advanced association workers in the province will be publicly announced on the association's website for a period of5 days.

（5） Based on the public announcement results, the final list of advanced city level associations and advanced association workers in the province will be determined. The provincial association will commend, award certificates and medals, and promote them on the association's website and other media.

（6） The provincial association shall give appropriate rewards to the advanced municipal association workers who have been commended.

4、 Major quality, safety, and environmental accidents that occur within the same year among members of associations in various cities, as well as obvious falsification of application materials, will be rejected with one vote.
