 1、 Overall idea

1Always remember the service purposeServing members is the foundation of the association's existence. The "pain points" of members are the focus of the association's work, everything for the needs of members, everything for the development of members. Place the focus of work on things that the government wants to do but lacks the energy to do, and that a single enterprise wants to do but is difficult to achieve, serving enterprises, serving the government, and serving society.

2Do a good job in basic work.In response to the current situation where the association is still in its infancy, it is necessary to establish and improve the organizational structure as soon as possible; According to the principles of efficiency, professionalism, and adaptability, provide full-time and part-time staff; We attach great importance to website construction, expert database construction, city level branch construction, and core member development work, providing organizational support, intellectual support, publicity support, and basic support for the rapid and healthy development of the association.

3Utilize the advantages of the activity.Strengthen research, carefully plan, organize and carry out learning and exchange activities among members, as well as inter provincial and international activities, enterprise promotion and product exhibition activities, interactive activities between industry, academia, research, finance, and government, expert consultation and appointment activities, and "Good Product Shandong" activities, enrich service forms, and create service carriers.

4Expand external exchanges.Widely establish inter provincial and international friendly associations, make great efforts to promote international exchange and cooperation, expand the development space of associations, enhance the ability to serve member enterprises, and improve the internationalization level of our province's manufacturing industry.

5Initiate key projects.In depth interpretation of "Made in China 2025" and industrial policy guidance, based on the current situation, focusing on the long term, establishing key tasks for the future period, and initiating projects as early as possible. Clarify goals, develop plans, integrate resources, gradually advance, and strive to make the association's work highlight and reach a higher level within about three years, cultivating a group of individual champions and team champions among member enterprises.

6Adhere to the leadership of the Party.Seriously implement the requirements for party building in social organizations, establish party organizations, play a political core role, and maintain the correct political direction of the association.

2、 Main job

（1） Basic work

1Organizational structure and personnel allocation

Gradually establish and improve the organizational structure of the association within the year, with plans to set up a comprehensive office (administration, personnel, finance, logistics), member development department, information data center, media center, international exchange department, and exhibition department. Establish an expert committee of the Legislative Council and timely establish a Planning and Development Research Institute.

Gradually allocate staff according to department settings and work progress. Publish recruitment information, plan to recruit about 10 staff members with corresponding professional knowledge and abilities from the society within the year. At the beginning of the work, it is considered to temporarily borrow personnel from member units and initiate the work first.

2Establish a promotional platform

LogoDesign, design and production of portal website, production of official account and electronic address book, printing of association brochures, and establishment of WeChat group of "association bosses". The portal website and official account will be put into operation by the end of April.

3Membership development and external communication goals

Develop more than 50 members within the year, establish 5 or more local branches, establish 3 or more inter provincial friendship associations, 2 or more international provincial and continental friendship associations, and establish strategic cooperative relationships with 5 or more universities and research institutes.

4Organize and hold meetings

4Organize the first president's office meeting in the month and prepare for the meeting. Complete the collection of membership fees and licensing of member units by the end of April. The second president's office meeting and the second members' meeting will be held in December.

5Establish a Party organization

According to the requirements of social organization party building, when conditions are met, an association party branch shall be established.

（2） Key Activities

1.Strengthen internal communication.

Organize on-site learning and exchange among members of enterprises, and plan to visit companies such as Hualai, Haihua, and Laidong. Organize member enterprises to participate in the Canton Fair and Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Expo, actively seek support from the provincial government, and host the 2018 Spring and Autumn Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Expo.

2.Expand external communication.

Visit China Machinery Industry Association, China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronics, China Association of Automobile, Construction Machinery, and Agricultural Machinery Industry to discuss strategic cooperation. Visit manufacturing associations in Anhui, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, and Heilongjiang to establish friendly associations. Organize member companies to study and exchange with well-known enterprises in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, and other regions.

Invite government department leaders and experts to hold a situation and policy report meeting. Collaborate with the financial sector to hold an industry finance cooperation forum and explore strategic cooperation.

3.Promote international exchanges.

Use existing resources to strengthen contacts with provincial and continental associations in Germany, Switzerland, Japan, etc., visit commercial counselors of embassies in China of Southeast Asia and other "the Belt and Road" countries, seek cooperation, and conclude international provincial and continental associations.

In the second half of the year, organize a Zhao De inspection team to visit and negotiate talent, technology, projects, and other aspects.

（3） Key tasks

1Establish an expert database for equipment manufacturing industry.

① Develop management measures for expert databases, attract experts and talents from various fields within the industry, and provide intellectual support for the development of the industry.

② Establish an expert committee responsible for managing the expert database and organizing expert activities.

③ Utilize the talent advantage of the expert pool, actively connect with the transfer of government functions, and undertake purchasing services.

④ Set up a "Expert Style" column on the association's website to provide expert information to the whole society, showcasing the performance and style of experts.

2Innovate supply chain management, promote complementary advantages, and cooperate for development.

① Collect supporting information of member enterprises, set up information release column on the association website, and create a resource sharing information platform.

Organize "matchmaking meetings" to provide opportunities and conditions for mutually beneficial cooperation and exchanges.

③Formulate industry rules, advocate mutually beneficial and honest cooperation, improve product quality, reduce product costs, and ensure service quality.

④ Promote cooperation experience, model guidance, release information on violations and defaults, strengthen public opinion supervision, and maintain the sustainable development of mutually beneficial cooperation.

⑤ Cooperate with third-party logistics to ensure timely, effective and traceable supply chain and reduce logistics costs.

3Promote the construction of "good Shandong.

① Carry out champion training activities and expand the coverage of champion enterprise training in accordance with the implementation plan of the Provincial Economic and Information Commission.

② Organize experts in the industry to formulate standards and methods for evaluating "quality brand value" and carry out activities to evaluate "quality brand value.

③ Set up a "good product Shandong" column in the association to deepen the publicity of enterprises and products.

④ Organize or participate in the organization of industry scientific and technological progress evaluation and enterprise credit rating evaluation.

4Start the construction of big data center

① Cooperate with the National Computing Center Jinan Center to start the construction of big data in the equipment manufacturing industry.

② Increase publicity and training to improve the understanding and attention of enterprises to the structure, function and operation mode of big data.

③ Strive for government policy support to provide policy guarantee for the construction of big data.

The establishment of the Industrial Digitization Expert Committee to provide guidance and advice.

5Start the demonstration and project of the industrial development fund.

① Organize experts to investigate and demonstrate the establishment of the "Shandong Province Equipment Manufacturing Development Fund.

② Actively communicate with government departments, strive for the government's attention to the establishment of industrial development funds, and strive for the provincial government to establish projects during the year.

③ Discuss the operation mode and mechanism of innovation industry development fund, and explore the ways and means of association leading or deep participation.

3、 Guarantee measures

    1Strengthen the propaganda work of the association, maintain good communication with members, gather consensus and gather strength.

    2Maintain good communication with government departments, actively strive for the guidance and policy support of government departments, strive for government purchase services, and expand the influence of the association.

    3Strengthen the construction of the Secretariat, select and hire outstanding professionals, formulate an effective operating mechanism for incentives and constraints, and ensure the efficient operation of the Secretariat.
