1、 Demonstration content
For enterprises that have passed the standard implementation evaluation of the integration management system of industrialization and industrialization, select a batch of demonstration enterprises for the implementation of the integration management system of industrialization and industrialization, and focus on the four directions of product life cycle innovation and service, supply chain management and control and service, modern manufacturing and operation management, and industrial cloud, industrial data, industrial Internet and other new models and new business forms to carry out demonstration (see the annex for the implementation plan1）。
2、 Declaration requirements
（1） Demonstration Enterprise for Standardization of Integrated Management System of Informatization and Industrialization2017year4moon15Recently, the integration of information technology and industrialization management system has been approved Requirements "are generated within the evaluated enterprises. （2） The demonstration enterprises for the implementation of the integrated management system of industrialization and informatization shall be recommended by the industrial and information technology competent departments of various provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government, cities specifically designated in the state plan, provincial capitals at the deputy provincial level, and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (hereinafter referred to as local competent departments), as well as central enterprise groups or relevant industry associations. The enterprises that apply for demonstration can only be recommended through one channel (the list of evaluated enterprises can be queried from the integration management system evaluation management platform gltxpd. cspiii. com).
（3） Recommended quota for demonstration enterprises of the integration of industrialization and informatization management system: The number of candidate demonstration enterprises recommended by local competent departments shall not be less than1Home and not exceeding the number of assessed enterprises within the jurisdiction1/5The number of enterprises recommended by planned cities, vice provincial capital cities, and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps is not included in the province (autonomous region) where they are located. The (II) paper submission materials are made in duplicate, and the electronic documents of the application materials can be downloaded from the website of our Ministry (Information and Software Services Department) or the China Integration Service Platform. All recommending units and reporting units are requested to submit relevant materials in a timely manner. If the materials exceed the prescribed time limit, they will not be accepted.
