Notice on Organizing Participation in the 3rd Shandong Intelligent and Green Technology Transformation Exhibition and Confections_Exhibition Information_Service Hall_Shandong Province Equipment Manufacturing Network

Each city's industrial and information technology bureau, relevant industry associations and societies, and relevant units:

To conscientiously implement the deployment requirements of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government on ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin, and to; Industrial Technological Upgrading Action; Work arrangement, building a platform for high-end, intelligent, green, and ecological technological transformation supply and demand docking in industrial enterprises, and promoting; Ten Thousand Technological Upgrades "; Promote '; Transformation of Ten Thousand Enterprises; To promote high-quality industrial development, the 3rd Shandong Intelligent and Green Technology Innovation Exhibition and Conference will be held from June 1st to 3rd at the Shandong International Convention and Exhibition Center. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1、 Time and location

Time: May 30th to June 3rd (exhibition setup from May 30th to 31st, opening on June 1st, with a 3-day extension)

Location: Shandong International Convention and Exhibition Center (No.1 Rizhao Road, Huaiyin District, Jinan City)

Promote technological upgrading and revitalize the industrial economy.

4、 Main tasks

（1） Authoritative release, high-quality recommendation. Publish "; Top Ten Excellent Cases of Intelligent Technological Transformation in Shandong Province; " Top Ten Excellent Cases of Green Technological Transformation in Shandong Province; Promote and publicize the achievements of intelligent and green technological transformation in industrial enterprises, strengthen benchmark guidance, and accelerate the implementation of digital transformation, network upgrading, intelligent transformation, and high-quality development in industrial enterprises.

（2） Achievement exhibition and supply-demand coordination. The exhibition and trade fair extensively invites well-known intelligent and green technology transformation service providers, technology transformation financial service institutions and other units from both inside and outside the province to participate, showcasing advanced technology, high-end equipment and system solutions. At the same time, industrial enterprises are organized to visit the exhibition, promoting the supply and demand docking of technology transformation elements and cooperation negotiations.

（3） Policy promotion and expert interpretation. The exhibition and trade fair invites government departments to promote technological transformation policies, authoritative experts to interpret industrial planning, service providers to conduct roadshows on typical cases, focus on problems, explore paths, share wisdom, and jointly promote technological transformation.

5、 Display content

（1） Industrial Robot+Intelligent Benchmark Enterprise Demonstration Exhibition Area. Mainly showcasing technology and system solutions and application scenarios related to equipment numerical control, workshop digitization, factory intelligence, park intelligence, production chain platformization, and cluster ecological transformation.

（2） Industrial Internet exhibition area. It mainly displays industrial Internet platform and innovative application achievements, 5G+industrial Internet and application scenarios, industrial application pilot demonstration and typical cases.

（3） Solar photovoltaic+green exhibition area. Mainly showcasing technical equipment and system solutions in areas such as water conservation, energy conservation, material conservation, solar photovoltaics, resource recycling, sewage treatment, safety production and green factory, green workshop construction, 3D printing, etc.

（4） Demonstration exhibition area for benchmark units in intelligent manufacturing. Mainly showcasing industrial clusters, benchmark enterprises in intelligent manufacturing, lighthouse factories, future factories, intelligent equipment, etc.

（5） The first high-end equipment exhibition area. Mainly showcasing the first major technological and equipment innovation achievements, the first batch of new materials and other products, technologies, and promotion services.

（6） Specialized and innovative exhibition area. Mainly showcasing professional enterprises such as gazelle and individual championsAdvanced technology, equipment, solutions, and products of Jingte New Enterprise.

（7） Famous brand exhibition area. Main Display; Technological Transformation Empowerment+Three Product Strategy; Excellent achievements include the addition of new varieties, quality management plans, well-known product and service brands of Shandong enterprises; Good Quality Shandong "; Waiting for a brand marketing service platform.

（8） Virtual Reality and Innovation Exhibition Area. Mainly showcasing technologies, equipment, products, and solutions such as virtual reality, augmented reality, industrial apps, first edition high-end software, and ultra high definition videos.

（9） Industrial Design Exhibition Area. Mainly showcasing enterprise engineering design, production line research and development design, large-scale personalized customization mode, flexible customization; Equipment+Clothingtask"集成设计、工艺设计、产品设计等技术、平台与方案等。

(十)金融服务展区。主要展示"技改专项贷""绿色化技改贷"等赋能制造业转型升级的金融机构的金融政策及产品融资租赁、担保服务、合同能源管理等服务模式。

（十一）技改培训展区。主要展示服务于工业企业转型升级、技术改造与高质量发展的培训机构、高等院校、技工院校、培育机构等单位的培训成果、方案与模式。

六、主要议程

(一)巡馆(6月1日上午8:30-9:20). 参加人员: 拟邀请工业和信息化部、省政府、省工业和信息化厅、各市工业和信息化局的领导,专家学者,省企业技改促进会会员单位、参展企业等。

(二)开幕(6月1日上午9:30-10:00). 主要议程: 工业和信息化部领导致辞;省政府领导讲话;发布"山东智能化技改十大优秀案例""山东绿色化技改十大优秀案例";山东未来技改服务产业集团潍坊公司揭牌。参加人员: 拟邀请工业和信息化部、省政府、省工业和信息化厅、各市工业和信息化局的领导,专家学者,省企业技改促进会会员单位、参展企业、技改服务商等。

(三)专家论坛(6月1日上午10:00-11:50). 拟定议题: ①《"工业互联网+资本"融合服务技改模式》(山东未来网络研究院专家主讲);②《工业互联网赋能数字经济发展》(海尔集团专家主讲);③《浪潮云与产业赋能》(浪潮集团专家主讲);④《以云聚能数绘未来》(开创集团/百度专家主讲); ⑤《企业改造升级与5G技术推广应用》(华为公司专家主讲); ⑥《工业互联网赋能制造业智造升级》(阿里云公司专家主讲); ⑦《推动"技改专项贷"赋能制造业转型升级》(中国银行山东分行专家主讲);⑧《山东省技改形势任务与政策措施》(省工业和信息化厅专题主讲).参加人员: 相关领导、专家学者、省企业技改促进会会员单位、参展企业、技改服务商等。

(四)服务商路演(6月1日下午13:30-16:30). 安排电子、冶金、机械、装备、化工、轻工、纺织服装、食品、医药、新能源等行业领域智能化绿色化技改标杆企业或服务商路演。参加人员: 相关领导、专家学者、省企业技改促进会、会员单位、参展企业、技改服务商等。

(五)技改供需对接(6月2日-3日). 展洽会为参展参会单位安排供需对接、合作洽谈签约等活动。参加人员: 相关领导、行业协会、合作单位、参展参会企业及技改服务商等。

(六)举办技改服务商与企业合作签约活动。

七、有关要求

(一)精心组织。此次展洽会是为推进实施全省工业技改提级行动,促进企业高端化、智能化、绿色化、生态化改造与高质量发展而举办的专题展示、洽谈、交流、合作等活动。请各市工业和信息化局、各有关行业协会、学会,积极组织相关单位参展参观参会并填写《参展单位报名表》(详见附件1)和《参观单位报名表》(详见附件2),统一汇总形成《各市或行业协会学会组织单位参展情况汇总表》(详见附件3),参展参观参会人员认真填写《参加活动人员回执表》(详见附件4), 一并反馈展洽会组委会。本次展洽会展位有限、时间紧迫,请抓紧报名。报名截止日期为5月26日。
