The Conference on Empowering High Quality Development of Equipment Manufacturing Industry with the Future of Intelligent Port Equipment Manufacturing was held in Jinan
On August 28, 2025, the "Intelligent Manufacturing of Lingang Equipment for the Future" conference, jointly organized by the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association and the Jinan Lingang Economic Development Zone Management Committee, was held at the China Communications Technology City Exhibition Center in Jinan Lingang Economic Development Zone to empower the high-quality development of the equipment manufacturing industry. It provides an efficient dialogue platform for multi-party cooperation between government, enterprises, finance, and academia.
The meeting was chaired by Director Ma Jubao of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, with representatives from enterprises in the park, university professors, tax experts, as well as more than 30 responsible persons from Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, Lingang Economic Development Zone Management Committee, Guodian Street, and financial institutions participating, forming a diversified participation pattern of "government guidance+enterprise practice+academic support".
Wang Qun, Deputy Secretary General of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, elaborated on the current situation and trends of equipment manufacturing industry development in our province in his speech, and highly appreciated the favorable policies for enterprises in Lingang Economic Development Zone and the high-quality services provided by China Communications Construction (Jinan) Technology Innovation and Development Co., Ltd.
Sun Junhao, the head of the Association's Project Service Department, gave a detailed introduction to the construction of the association, focusing on how to empower enterprise growth through a precise service system. The dual wheel drive model of "emphasizing leadership and providing practical services" demonstrates the association's profound insight into the development trend of the equipment manufacturing industry in the province. Through specific and tangible service measures, enterprises can feel tangible support and empowerment.
The conference focuses on the core needs of high-quality development in the equipment manufacturing industry, inviting experts and scholars in the fields of industry, academia, research and finance to bring in-depth thematic reports, and building a multidimensional empowerment system of "technological innovation compliance operation financial support" to provide comprehensive intellectual support for the industry's development.
Professor Wang Quanjing from Shandong Jianzhu University elaborated on the core driving role of technological upgrading in equipment manufacturing, with the theme of "Finite Element Analysis Optimization and Technological Innovation Empowering Equipment Upgrading". The report reveals through engineering examples that finite element analysis technology can accurately optimize equipment structure design, improve material utilization, help enterprises achieve a leap from "manufacturing" to "intelligent manufacturing", and inject sustained innovation momentum into the equipment manufacturing industry.
Zhao Wenjie, a senior tax accountant and certified public accountant at Zhonghan Xinhe Taxation Firm, focuses on the "Analysis of Practice and Risk Prevention Points for R&D Expense Deduction in Compliance Operations", dismantling the operational path of R&D expense deduction from the perspective of policy implementation. The report combines typical cases to explain in detail the practical points of voucher management and expense collection, and highlights tax risk prevention techniques, laying a solid foundation for compliant operations while enjoying policy dividends for enterprises.
Huang Xu, Vice President of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Licheng District Branch, introduced in the report "Bank Financing Policies Benefiting Enterprises under Technological Innovation" a special financing plan for equipment manufacturing enterprises and customized service products such as "Sci Tech Innovation e-Loan" and "E-Enterprise Fast Loan", highlighting the policy advantages of "fast approval, favorable interest rates, and flexible credit limits", providing full cycle financial support for enterprise technology research and development and equipment updates.
Pan Hongpo, Director of Investment Promotion and Operations at CCCC (Jinan) Technology Innovation and Development Co., Ltd., presented a themed sharing on "Policies, Supporting Facilities, and Investment Opportunities of Lingang Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park", outlining a clear development blueprint for the companies present. He systematically interpreted the unique advantages of the Lingang Industrial Park as a "strong magnetic field" for high-quality industrial development from three dimensions: policy dividends, hardware support, and development opportunities, allowing the guests present to have a more intuitive understanding of this industrial hotspot.
Sun Funing, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Guodian Street in Licheng District, summarized his speech and pointed out that Guodian Street is located at the hub of the three-dimensional network of aviation, railway, and highway in the eastern part of Jinan. It is a "bridgehead" connecting the eastern urban area with the starting area of the transformation of old and new kinetic energy in Jinan. The infrastructure construction is complete, the business environment is superior, the project carrying capacity is strong, and it has advantages in intelligent manufacturing, biomedicine, logistics trade, and technology research and development.
