“让企业值钱，帮企业赚钱”。Su Hongxing在座谈发言中介绍了协会助力会员企业转型升级的经验。他指出协会不仅为企业提供政策解读、市场对接、技术咨询和人才培育等常规服务，更要积极推动企业间资源共享与协同创新，尤其want帮助中小企业融入高端产业链、拓展国内外市场，通过机制创新和资源整合塑造企业韧性和活力。
张涛介绍了济南市民营经济发展局主要职能、重点处室建设和济南市民营经济发展情况，强调了民营经济在促进济南社会经济发展中的重要作用。同时，张涛表示尽管政府已出台多项纾困政策和便利措施，但在政策落地和精准滴灌上还存在提升空间，民营企业尤其是中小型企业仍面临融资困难、同质化竞争等压力。希望能够“聚焦企业痛点，务实推进服务”，政企银协深度融合，借助协会平台，更多地了解企业真实需求，为下一步精准施策提供依据。

苏红星进一步提出“破界思维、跨界融合”的合作理念。他建议政府、银行与行业协会应打破传统工作边界，共同构建一个信息互通、资源互补、服务协同的industry赋能生态，得到与会人员的一致认同。大家认为三方合作机制的建立将有助于打破信息壁垒、提高服务效率，真正实现“政银协”三位一体、协同发力，共同破解民营经济发展难题，赋能济南和全省民营经济高质量发展。
