The Provincial Equipment Association participated in the "Shandong Provincial Management Social Organization Participation in Poverty Alleviation, Rural Revitalization, and Enterprise related Fee Collection Work Conference"
On July 16, 2019, the Shandong Provincial Social Organization Participation in Poverty Alleviation, Rural Revitalization, and Enterprise related Fee Collection Work Conference was successfully held in Jinan. Vice Director Ji Shengfeng and Deputy Director Li Xiaomei of the Provincial Social Management Bureau, Deputy Director Lv Changhui of the Shandong Provincial First Secretary Work Office, President Sheng Zhenwen of the Shandong Provincial Social Organization Association, and more than 300 provincial social organization leaders attended the conference. The meeting was chaired by Jiang Feng, Deputy Director of the Comprehensive Management Department of the Shandong Provincial Social Organization Management Bureau. Su Hongxing, Deputy Secretary General of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, attended the meeting.
Deputy Director Ji Shengfeng of the Provincial Social Management Bureau gave important speeches on six aspects, including accelerating the participation of social organizations in the "Double Hundred Poverty Alleviation Action", fully launching the "Social Organization Participation in Rural Industry Revitalization Action", effectively cleaning up and regulating the charging behavior of industry associations and chambers of commerce related to enterprises, actively and steadily promoting the decoupling of industry associations and chambers of commerce from administrative organs, promoting the healthy and orderly development of social organizations, and promoting innovative development of social organization management work with new concepts. The three main themes of this conference are poverty alleviation, rural revitalization, and enterprise related fees. Director Ji emphasized in her speech that poverty alleviation work should focus on the key areas of assistance, with the main groups of poverty alleviation being the elderly, the weak, the sick, the disabled, and the young. The main content includes food, clothing, housing, medical care, and education. The key areas of focus should be found in material assistance, industry docking, product sales, technical guidance, good seed dissemination, disease prevention and control, employment training, investigation and learning, policy promotion, and other aspects; In the work of rural revitalization, it is hoped that various social organizations can base themselves on their professional expertise, connect well with local industries, and use their hearts, emotions, and efforts in projects such as planting, breeding, processing, production, supply, and sales. They should not attack from all directions and blossom everywhere.
During the conference, relevant leaders from the Department of Civil Affairs and the Department of Finance provided key interpretations and specialized training on policies related to the participation of social organizations in poverty alleviation and rural revitalization, party building of social organizations, enterprise related fees charged by industry associations and chambers of commerce, decoupling, social group leadership changes, and bill management.
As a provincial-level social organization in the equipment industry, the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association will firmly and actively participate in poverty alleviation and rural revitalization work, while guiding and mobilizing equipment manufacturing enterprises and association member units in Shandong Province to contribute to poverty alleviation and rural revitalization together!
