President Gao Ling presided over the semi annual work meeting of the Secretariat

Recently, President Gao Ling presided over a work summary and deployment meeting for the second half of 2019 for the Secretariat of the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Association. The attendees of this meeting include Gao Ling, President of the Provincial Equipment Association, Xu Shiping, Vice Presidents, Zhang Yingming, and all members of the Secretariat.

The meeting listened to the summary report of the work of the association's secretariat in the first half of 2019, as well as the summary of the work of various departments and individuals of the secretariat in the first half of the year and their plans and measures for the second half of the year. Vice President Zhang Yingming put forward suggestions on focusing on the "5 needs" and "6 key points" of member enterprises for the development of the association; Vice President Xu Shiping provided guidance on member development, construction of local associations and professional branches, and association publicity work; In this meeting, we brainstormed and spoke freely, fully listening to everyone's suggestions.

After listening to the report and communication, President Gao Ling gave comments on the work of the Secretariat in the first half of the year. She fully affirmed and recognized the efforts and contributions of various departments of the Secretariat in the first half of the year, as well as the statements and suggestions made by various departments and individuals. She also put forward several requirements for the work in the second half of the year. Based on the "Work Report of the Provincial Association" at the beginning of the year and the progress of the work in the first half of the year, President Gao Ling evaluated the level of social organizations, strengthened the cultural construction of the association, built a team of 100 core backbone members of the provincial association, established local associations and professional branches, carried out publicity work and self media construction, carried out large-scale activities, started preparing for the annual conference and council, as well as developing members, serving members, and creating brand "products" that the association serves members and the industry We have made arrangements for the work of the Secretariat in the second half of the year one by one.

Finally, President Gao emphasized that the Secretariat should continuously strengthen its learning and improve its quality, as well as its learning policies and understanding of policies, in order to provide precise services. At the same time, it should strengthen the integration and cooperation between departments, achieve resource sharing, such as writing articles for publicity, recommending companies to join, serving member companies, and organizing various activities. According to the development needs of the Provincial Association, the Secretariat often adds new personnel. The Secretariat must strengthen the political and ideological work of all personnel, and Party members and key personnel should lead by example and set a good example, providing high-quality, high-level, and efficient service to the industry and enterprises.
