At the founding meeting, the president, vice president, and secretary-general of the Hydraulic Branch were elected, and various systems such as the "Charter", "Membership Fee System", and "Financial Management System" of the Hydraulic Branch were voted and passed. Wang Jinbo, Chairman of Qingdao Lechuan Hydraulic Machinery Co., Ltd., was elected as the President of the Hydraulic Branch, Yu Changjun, Chairman of Qingdao Jiucheng Engineering Equipment Co., Ltd., was elected as the Vice President of the Hydraulic Branch, and Xiao Hanbing, Chairman of Qingdao Weitai Hydraulic, was elected as the Secretary General of the Hydraulic Branch.
