The equipment manufacturing industry is a fundamental and strategic industry that provides technological equipment for various industries in the national economy. It is an important guarantee for industrial upgrading and technological progress in various industries, and a landmark industry that reflects the level of industrialization, technological strength, and international competitiveness. As a major province in equipment manufacturing, accelerating the innovative development of equipment manufacturing has become a strategic focus for Shandong Province to achieve a new image, new momentum, and new strength in industrial development. As the first comprehensive, non-profit, and industry wide provincial-level industry association after the social organization reform in Shandong Province, the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association continuously leverages its huge industry advantages within the province, between provinces, and internationally, actively promotes the transformation, upgrading, and scientific development of equipment manufacturing enterprises in the province, and strives to become an important force in the transformation of old and new driving forces.
In the future development, the 'member team' is an important resource for the association to enrich its member service content, accelerate the adjustment of industry structure, and promote cooperation among enterprises. Therefore, mobilizing positive factors from all parties, adopting various incentive measures, and rapidly expanding the membership team are important measures and work priorities for implementing the five "entering ten thousand households" measures such as "policy entering ten thousand households" and "technological innovation entering ten thousand households", and promoting the transformation of new and old driving forces in the equipment manufacturing industry in the province.
To accelerate the construction of the membership team, the provincial association has proposed the following measures and is currently implementing them.
1、 The presidents took the lead in recommending companies to join. Recently, President Gao Ling has continuously recommended large and medium-sized enterprises such as Shandong Tianyi Group (Jining), Shandong Dongyue Machinery Group (Linyi), Shandong Mining Machinery Group (listed company, Weifang), and Shandong Jindi Group (Liaocheng) to join the association. Some have already applied for membership, while others are in the process of doing so. The vice presidents are also actively recommending.
2、 Collaboration between associations in various cities. The provincial association has issued a notice, hoping that associations in various cities will work together to actively recommend and introduce enterprises that can play a role or explore the market on the provincial association platform to join the provincial association. It is understood that relevant associations in various cities are working hard.
3、 The Secretariat of the Provincial Association clarifies responsibilities and tasks to individuals, requiring every staff member to improve their work and service quality, and regard the development of membership as an important assessment indicator.
4、 Actively contacting and developing social organizations in the equipment manufacturing industry in various regions to join the provincial association as group members, sharing the high-end, thoughtful, and preferential services provided by our Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, and jointly promoting the transformation of new and old driving forces throughout the province.
Continuously developing and strengthening the team is an important prerequisite for enhancing the overall strength of the association, and it is also an important guarantee for more enterprises to timely understand and comprehend government policies in the market economy environment. We need to mobilize positive factors from all parties and actively develop the equipment manufacturing industry and related enterprises to join according to the membership review standards. At the same time, in order to ensure the quality of members, we will focus on developing Shandong Province's individual champions, hidden champions (already announced on the website of the Provincial Commission of Economy and Information Technology), gazelle enterprises (already recognized and announced by the Provincial Bureau of Small and Medium sized Enterprises in stages), as well as equipment manufacturing (mechanical, electronic, electrical) enterprises, research institutes, engineering colleges and universities, and industry association groups that rank among the top in segmented industries and have a certain scale. By developing backbone enterprises in the equipment manufacturing industry throughout the province to join, continuously expanding the membership team, and forming a huge platform for the "Ten Thousand Enterprises" industry in Shandong Province's equipment manufacturing industry, we gather resources from all sectors of the industry to jointly serve the scientific, healthy, and rapid development of the industry and enterprises, and promote the major project of the transformation of old and new kinetic energy in Shandong Province's equipment manufacturing industry to move forward at a rapid pace!
