Clarify tasks, strengthen measures, and take the association's work to a new level
Recently, the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association held a staff meeting, and President Gao Ling personally attended to listen to the report, analyze the situation, and put forward requirements. Vice President Xu Shiping, Secretary General Tao Junyi, Assistant President, Deputy Secretary General Su Hongxing, and all personnel from various departments attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Secretary General Tao Junyi first conducted a phased summary of the Secretariat's work in the past few months, summarizing the work and shortcomings of the Secretariat in the past seven months, and proposing measures to improve the shortcomings.
President Gao Ling comprehensively analyzed the challenging requirements of the major project of transforming old and new kinetic energy in our province for our association. Although our association's secretariat has been working hard, there is still a gap between the development of the province's industrial economy and the requirements of our member enterprises. President Gao pointed out that only those who are capable have a place. We are the first comprehensive and provincial-level industry social organization in the province, which is a huge platform with achievements. We should have high standards and strict requirements, not only focusing on developing member enterprises, but also accelerating the construction of city level associations and integrating various resources. At the same time, the Secretariat is requested to strengthen inter provincial industry connections, establish friendly associations, extend platforms, and provide support for member enterprises in our province to expand their markets. President Gao also made key arrangements in seven aspects, including the construction of professional committees, the establishment of an assessment system for vice president units of associations, strengthening the basic management of the secretariat, and enhancing publicity work. At the same time, he also made detailed arrangements for several key tasks in the next five months.
According to the needs of the Secretariat's work, President Gao Ling nominated Comrade Su Hongxing as the Assistant to the President and a full-time Secretary General.
Based on the tasks and requirements proposed by President Gao Ling in the work report at the beginning of the year, the meeting studied the work measures, which can be summarized as "12345": one purpose, two pronged approach, three platforms, four constant efforts, and five windows. Our association has a large workload and a wide range of areas. At the beginning of the year, President Gao proposed in the "Work Report" that five measures must be taken to "enter every household" and implemented as soon as possible. We must adhere to the principles of "expanding resources," "focusing on practical results," "ensuring smooth operation," and "seeking development," comprehensively consider all aspects, truly establish a "entrepreneurial" mentality and a spirit of hard work, advocate a "5+2" and "white+black" work style, achieve "small things do not stay overnight, big things do not go through the motions," operate efficiently, and ensure the achievement of the various goals set by the association at the beginning of the year!
The attendees expressed their opinions one by one, and everyone unanimously agreed that this all staff meeting is very important and timely. Although our provincial association is facing many difficulties in carrying out its work, we must devote ourselves to the work with the mentality and sentiment of "doing business". According to President Gao's requirements, we must not only do a solid job, but also make every effort to do a good job in important activities, cherish the precious time of the next five months, reverse the schedule, seize every minute, and create a new situation in the work of the provincial association!
