Shandong Lianfu Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd. is a new energy vehicle high-end core component industrialization project base invested and constructed by Shanghai Lianfu Group, with a total investment of 1.2 billion yuan. After production, it will achieve an annual production capacity of 300000 drive motors and 300000 sets of control systems, as well as a production capacity of 5000 new energy buses.
      The motor production line of Lianfu Automobile is designed and built by ABB, a Fortune 500 company. It is currently internationally advanced, domestically leading, and the only fully automated permanent magnet synchronous motor production line. It has five major production lines for stator, rotor, assembly, dipping, and painting, with functions such as automatic wire embedding, automatic winding, automatic assembly, and quality traceability. The controller production line adopts internationally leading automation equipment such as Panasonic, Toshiba, Siemens, etc., with advanced functions such as laser engraving and coding, automatic printing, automatic surface mounting, automatic detection, and quality traceability. The production line of Lianfu Electric Control has reached the highest manufacturing level in the domestic industry.
