Shandong Jinding Industrial Co., Ltd. is located in Zoucheng, the hometown of Mencius. The company was founded in 1966 and is currently a professional manufacturer specializing in the casting and machining of high-end gray cast iron, ductile iron, and vermicular iron mechanical components. The current site area of the company is 260000 square meters, with nearly 100000 square meters of factory buildings and more than 410 employees.
       The casting production has five main processes: German AGM horizontal parting wet mold sand molding line, Italian Savilli wet mold sand production line, shell molding line, and resin sand production line, 3D direct printing sand mold, with an annual casting capacity of 73000 tons.
       CNC machining department and closely outsourced processing plant: We have nearly 180 sets of various high, precision, and sharp processing equipment, such as Hass vertical machining centers from the United States, DMG dual station horizontal machining centers from Germany, Doosan vertical turning centers from South Korea, and Mazak turning and milling composite centers from Japan, with an annual comprehensive processing capacity of 25000 tons. According to the development goals, starting from 2016, we will continue to invest approximately 30 million RMB annually to continuously expand the matching ability between machining and casting production capacity, striving to achieve a basic product processing rate of 80%, that is, an annual processing capacity of over 50000 tons.
