　　Tai'an Tongxin Hydraulic Machinery Factory mainly produces various types of engineering machinery oil cylinders, stamping equipment oil cylinders, and various large and irregular hydraulic oil cylinders, which are widely used in engineering machinery, road construction machinery, petroleum and chemical machinery, large hydraulic equipment, etc. The enterprise currently has over 200 sets of various mechanical processing equipment, stamping equipment, and electroplating equipment. Among them, the 8m and 10m cylindrical grinding machines have a processing diameter of 800mm and a processing length of 8-10 meters. They have advanced equipment such as CNC deep hole boring, vertical and horizontal grinding machines, vertical machining centers, and fully functional imported CNC machine tools. 　　We have an 8000 square meter electroplating workshop and advanced large-scale electroplating production lines, which can undertake various large-scale chrome plating businesses. There are currently one 12m, 10m, and 8m horizontal plating production line each, which can electroplate ￠ 300 × 18000mm rods. The diameter plating tank can electroplate ￠ 1200 × 3000mm rods. One automatic electroplating production line with a daily processing capacity of over 400 pieces of ￠ 300 × 2400mm rods. The annual production capacity can reach 100000 meters for electroplating of oil cylinder piston rods. We can provide various specifications and lengths of electroplated piston rods for users to choose from simultaneously. The electroplating production line is used year-round to process and electroplate various types of crane telescopic poles for XCMG and Beiqiduo fields.
