Shandong Yunyu Machinery Group (formerly Feicheng Axle Factory) is located in Feicheng City, the hometown of Buddha and peach, at the west foot of Mount Taishan Mountain. Located east of Tai'an and north of Jinan, with convenient transportation. Founded in 1969, it began producing engineering machinery drive axles in 1980. It was a designated enterprise specializing in the production of engineering machinery drive axles under the former Ministry of Machinery. In March 2002, it was restructured as a private enterprise.
The group has been engaged in the production of drive axles for more than 30 years, mainly supporting more than 100 domestic engineering machinery and agricultural machinery host factories. The product types include ZL08-80 loader drive axles, 65-300 horsepower tractor drive axles, 6-8T wheel excavator axles and boxes, 1.5-7t forklift axles, tractor service brakes and ZL series caliper disc brakes, steel rings, castings, etc. Annual production of over 80000 construction machinery drive axles, 40000 tons of castings, 400000 sets of brakes, and 20000 sets of steel rings. The leading product, the drive axle assembly, has become a famous brand product in Shandong, and the "Yunyu" trademark is a well-known trademark in China.
The group currently has over 1300 employees, including more than 400 professional and technical personnel, with excellent technical research and development capabilities. They have invented multiple national patents and can develop and design products according to users' special requirements. It is the drafting unit for industry standards for four types of products, including drive axles and brakes. The research institute has been recognized as a provincial-level technology center.
The group covers an area of 520000 square meters and has a construction area of 200000 square meters. We have over 1000 advanced production and processing equipment and multiple production lines, complete process equipment, and environmental impact assessment standards, providing reliable quality assurance for the production of high-quality products.
