Xu Shiping and his delegation first visited the production plant of Xinpeng Intelligent Equipment Group and visited the titanium alloy hot-rolled seamless pipe production line on site. This production line is an internationally advanced intelligent manufacturing production line independently developed and manufactured by Xinpeng Group, filling the domestic gap. The titanium alloy series products are widely used in high-precision and cutting-edge fields such as aerospace, military, marine drilling, and shipbuilding, with an annual production capacity of 100000 tons and a domestic market share of 15%. High tech energy equipment products such as titanium alloy plates, rods, tubes, and materials have passed the inspection and testing of Xi'an Pipe Research Institute and have been recognized as "international advanced level" by the Ministry of Science and Technology. During the 2016 National People's Congress and Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the group's titanium alloy production technology was successfully selected as one of the 100 recommended projects in the national "Innovation Leading" program, ranking 26th. At the same time, the titanium alloy products of the group have successfully entered the military market and have also been adopted by major national key projects such as the Three Gorges Reservoir, the West East Gas Pipeline Project, and the Navy Equipment Department. The company's existing production lines have all achieved intelligent management and control, and its products have won 22 national invention patents, 18 utility model patents, and 2 second prizes for scientific and technological progress.
Subsequently, General Manager Zhang Zhiyu accompanied the leaders of the Provincial Association to visit Huarui Electric Co., Ltd., which is affiliated with Xinpeng Group. At the same time, he suggested accelerating the development of deep processing of titanium alloy products and improving product added value. Then, full consultations were held on the topic of establishing the Liaocheng Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association with Xinpeng Group as the initiator, and a consensus was reached on the key content of establishing the association.
