On April 22nd, the delivery and opening ceremony of China Communications Technology City (Jinan Huaiyin) was held grandly in the project park, marking a new stage in the development of intelligent manufacturing and high-end industry agglomeration in the western part of Jinan, with the theme of "New Journey of Intelligent Manufacturing in the Intelligent Chip Era". Wang Qun, Deputy Secretary General of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, was invited to attend the delivery ceremony.
As a benchmark industrial park built by CCCC Investment, a subsidiary of China Communications Construction Corporation, a Fortune 500 state-owned enterprise, CCCC Science and Technology City (Jinan Huaiyin) is located in the core position of Huaiyin Economic Development Zone in Jinan, on the western development axis of the provincial capital city. It is an important carrier for the implementation of the major project of transforming old and new kinetic energy in Jinan and a rare high-quality industrial carrier platform in the western part of Jinan. The research resources of universities around the park are concentrated, and the high-end equipment manufacturing industry ecology is mature. It is adjacent to passenger and freight hubs such as Jiguang Expressway, Second Ring Road, and Jinan West Station, with significant geographical advantages and convenient transportation, providing convenient conditions for enterprises entering the park to obtain talent support, technical cooperation, and supply chain support nearby. The lively lion dance performance kicked off the delivery event, creating a grand and enthusiastic atmosphere on site. Wang Kun, Deputy Director of the Economic Development Zone Management Committee of Huaiyin Economic Development Zone, Liu Tingting, Deputy General Manager of CCCC Northwest Investment Development Co., Ltd., Secretary of the Party Branch and General Manager of CCCC (Jinan) Investment Co., Ltd., Dai Shunshun, Deputy General Manager of CCCC Real Estate North China Regional Company, and Feng Ruiji, Representative of Enterprises Entering the Park and General Manager of Shandong Chuangpu Optical Instrument Co., Ltd., delivered speeches successively to discuss the vision of industrial development. Shen Haoyu, Executive Chairman of Jinan Science and Technology Service Industry Association, awarded the plaque to the park.
Wang Qun awarded the plaque to the "Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Association China Communications Technology City Enterprise Service Center" and delivered a speech, pressing the fast forward button for the upgrading of the center's industrial services. The director of the center, Ma Jubao, stated that the center will be based in the park and radiate to the western part of Jinan. It will integrate expert resources from associations, industry chain resources, and policy resources to provide full cycle professional services for enterprises, including qualification cultivation, technological innovation, standard setting, supply and demand matching, talent attraction, and market expansion. It will create a key channel for government enterprise communication, industry university research cooperation, and industrial chain collaboration, and help enterprises entering the park improve quality and efficiency, grow rapidly, and promote the equipment manufacturing industry to move towards high-end, intelligent, and clustered development.
After the delivery ceremony, the attending guests visited the real scene of the park and intuitively felt the quality of central enterprises and the charm of smart parks; At the subsequent investment promotion symposium, the Investment Promotion Bureau of Huaiyin District, Wujiabao Street Office, park leaders, enterprise representatives, relevant associations, and enterprise service institutions had in-depth exchanges on topics such as park service optimization, enterprise development needs, and industrial ecology construction, further consolidating development consensus and consolidating cooperation foundation.
