The 2025 Shandong Green Smart Logistics and High end Equipment Summit was held in Rizhao - the Provincial Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association participated to promote collaboration

On October 30, 2025, the "2025 Shandong Province Green Smart Logistics and High end Equipment Development Summit under New Quality Productivity" with the theme of "Smart Empowerment, Chain Connected Future, Green Growth" was held in Rizhao, Shandong.

This summit is jointly sponsored by the People's Government of Donggang District, the Management Committee of Rizhao Airport Economic Development Zone, Rizhao Zhongrui Group, and the Port and Shipping Supply Chain Branch of China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing. It is organized by Lange Steel Network and Shandong Rizhao Zhongrui International Logistics Co., Ltd. It has attracted representatives from various sectors such as government, industry associations, universities, and enterprises to gather together and explore new paths for the integration and development of green and smart logistics and high-end equipment.

Huang Dedong, Deputy Secretary General of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, and others were invited to attend the conference and had work exchanges with representatives from multiple business associations, including Shandong Iron and Steel Industry Association, Shandong Steel Structure Association, Jinan Iron and Steel Trade Chamber of Commerce, Qingdao Iron and Steel Industry Association, Rizhao Metal Materials Industry Chamber of Commerce, as well as key enterprise leaders such as Shandong Iron and Steel Group, Rizhao Iron and Steel Holdings Group, Zhongrui Group, and Shandong Hongtai Precision Machinery Co., Ltd.

During the meeting, Huang Dedong stated that the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, as an important organization in the province's equipment manufacturing industry, has always been committed to promoting the industry towards high-end, intelligent, and green direction. He pointed out that the steel industry is an important foundation for equipment manufacturing, and the construction of smart logistics and green supply chains is of great significance for improving the overall efficiency of the industry chain and achieving the "dual carbon" goal. The association will take this summit as an opportunity to further strengthen the collaborative linkage with upstream and downstream industries such as steel, logistics, and commerce, and promote deep cooperation between equipment manufacturing enterprises, logistics enterprises, and steel enterprises in technology, standards, and markets. At the same time, Huang Dedong had practical discussions with multiple steel structure, sheet metal processing, and equipment manufacturing enterprises on topics such as industrial chain collaboration, technological upgrading, and market expansion. He stated that the association will continue to play a bridging role, promote the integration and consolidation of upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain, and help Shandong's equipment manufacturing industry achieve higher quality development under the guidance of "new quality productivity".

This summit not only provides an efficient communication platform for all parties, but also injects new momentum into the integrated development of green and smart logistics and high-end equipment industry in Shandong Province. The Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association will take this participation as a new starting point, continue to deepen industry services, promote collaborative innovation among industry, academia, research, and application, and contribute industry strength to building a modern industrial system and achieving green and intelligent transformation.
