President Gao Ling pointed out in her keynote speech that equipment manufacturing, as a core component of industry, is the cornerstone and main engine of Shandong's industrial economy. There are nearly 50000 equipment manufacturing enterprises and nearly 14000 enterprises above designated size in the province; In 2024, the main business revenue exceeded 2.8 trillion yuan, forming industrial advantages in multiple fields. In the field of agricultural machinery, our province relies on the "Ten Chains, One Hundred Groups, Ten Thousand Enterprises" policy and implements the "Ten Hundred, Ten Thousand" agricultural machinery promotion campaign, effectively promoting the clustering and intelligent development of the agricultural machinery industry, and the agricultural machinery equipment industry has firmly taken the lead in the country. As the main enterprise in the automobile and basic parts industry chain, as well as the agricultural machinery and equipment manufacturing industry chain in Liaocheng City, Shifeng Group focuses on cultivating new quality productivity and continues to lead the industry development. It has successively built industrial parks for agricultural vehicles, agricultural equipment, and other industries, cultivating core industries such as three wheeled vehicles, commercial vehicles, tractors, and engines; At the same time, a new integrated control model of "photovoltaic power generation+energy storage power station+biomass power generation" has been established, providing a model for the green development of the industry.

Liu Chengqiang, Honorary President of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shifeng Group, focused on sharing Shifeng Group's strategic planning, new quality productivity building, source network load storage cloud operation, and equipment manufacturing industry chain cooperation. Liu Chengqiang introduced that in the field of green energy, Shifeng Group has established an integrated operation mode of source grid load storage cloud, which not only achieves full coverage of 120MW distributed photovoltaic power generation, but also successfully selected it as "Made in China" by the Central Cyberspace Administration, becoming a typical case of national energy transformation. In terms of industrial expansion, Shifeng Group has precisely cultivated new quality productivity, enabling the strong rise of the "second growth curve". By introducing advanced equipment from Germany and Japan, the chemical fiber industry has achieved an annual production capacity of 200000 tons and opened up the international market with carbon footprint certification. The chemical fiber products produced are exported to India, Thailand, and support global tire enterprises. In the dimension of collaborative development, Shifeng Group serves as the "chain leader" to connect global resources. Internally, it has signed strategic cooperation agreements with more than 500 enterprises such as Luxi Chemical, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group, and Shandong Iron and Steel Group, deepening industrial chain collaboration through the "Ten Chains, Hundred Groups, and Ten Thousand Enterprises" activity; Externally, we have established a high-end component cooperation system with international enterprises such as Amasun from Germany and Kawasaki from Japan.

At the event, Shifeng Group signed multiple cooperation agreements with 8 enterprises including China National Heavy Duty Truck Group, China Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Sciences, and Shandong Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd., including strategic cooperation agreements for key components of new energy vehicles, research and development cooperation agreements for intelligent driving tractors with power shifting, and strategic cooperation agreements for equipment manufacturing steel.

Before the meeting, attendees visited Shandong Shifeng (Group) Co., Ltd., Shandong Liansheng Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., and Gaotang Jiaxu Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. At Shifeng Group, Liu Chengqiang accompanied and visited relevant workshops such as Shifeng Green Energy Industrial Park, Source Net Load Storage Cloud Dispatch Center, Nylon Chemical Fiber Industrial Park, Agricultural Equipment Industrial Park, Green Energy Equipment Industrial Park, etc., and gave detailed introductions.
