考察期间，陶秘书长还与东昌府区政协副主席孙慧芳，东昌府区发exhibition和改革局程书利局长亲切交流，陶秘书长介绍了山东省装备制造业协会的有关情况，同时听取了地方对协会，对如何让协会服务地方经济，在推进新旧动能转换方面发挥协会的作用的意见和建议。

在聊城考察期间，陶秘书长还走访了林清三利机械有限公司，同总经理范天民展开座谈，听取企业对协会工作的需求。
